  Helpful staff - Carlos at the front desk was wonderful! He got taxis for us and was very helpful with dining suggestions and questions about safety in the city. All the staff were polite and helpful. The location was excellent for shopping, restaurants and explaining to taxis where to drop us for the hotel.

This, naturally, makes it a rather noisy location but this is about the only remark I would make.   I really loved this hotel!!! Staff is very kind and the receptionists helped me in everything... My room was cleant once a day and the room I stayed (double) is very nice.. two bathrooms, two LCD screens on the wall.. the air really works.. lol. The hotel is in a great location just off Av 9 De Julio and a great starting place to explore the city. the rooms are a good size and very comfortable and the breakfast has a good selection.
