  Great location, wonderful and courteous staff who helped us even though we had to cut our stay a bit short due to a family emergency. Arthur was the staff member who helped us with that and who was trained by Chris, who was also extremely friendly and mentioned he was seeking a promotion to the Hilton in Anaheim which I thought I would add to th... o que as pessoas dizem » e review (wink wink) :) It was great being able to walk to all the local hotspots: market street, the Gaslamp Quarter, Petco Stadium, etc. and save mo - The view was fantastic. Hotel is conveniently located and so easy to move around the city and nearby. Old Town Trolley, which is a convenient way to go to the different attractions, stops right near the hotel side entrance. Driveway, lobby, room and bathroom are all very spacious. Bed and pillows are very comfortable. Our room was available upon arrival at around half past 11 in the morning and we appreciated this very much. The hotel has taken steps to be eco-friendly which is admirable.

Loved the fact there were two showers in the bathroom.   We were pleasantly surprised to find the location was within walking distance to Belmont Park. We were also able to rent bikes and cruise the boardwalk as well as the bay. We rented a kayak and tootled around the bay. The room was comfortable and quiet. At check in, the clerk gave us all kinds of helpful info and answered all questions. All in all, it was a great trip. - Loved the location, easy to get to the Zoo and Seaworld. Pool area and spa was fantastic, quiet place to relax and enjoy a drink while the kids are in the pool!! Room lovely and great having the separate lounge area. We have been travelling around California for the last few weeks from New Zealand and this hotel is voted the kid's favourite so far!!
