Everything. Catherine at reception was wonderful and her staff very supportive and friendly.
I am returning to New Orleans next year for an extended stay and will reside at the Andrew Jackson Hotel with out hesitation. The two positives of this hotel were the location to all of the activities and the great staff. Everyone was polite and accommodating. Monique in the am was excellent and the gentlemen at night that checked us in was pleasant as well. Security was nice and so was the rest of the hotel staff. Definitely made us feel welcomed and safe. The Hotel is on Royal and Bourbon St is the next street over but outside of the parade on Royal during Fat Tuesday it was peaceful. No complaints whatsoever. The only couple downsides to the hotel were that the carpet was kinda dirty could use a good deep shampooing, the shower head could be replaced and the water pressure and hot water need to be fixed. Also, even though croissants and juice were provided as the breakfast, you had to request it each morning which wasn't always convenient.
