the position is not central but convenient (near to the highway but not too near). the motel is quiet, clean, have a nice small swimming pool and a jacuzzi. breakfast is included and consists in a good variety of cereals, pastries, fresh waffles and beverages. the rooms are clean and the bathroom is quiet good for a motel. in the room there is a m

The room is clean and towels are folded stylishly. Breakfast was great,
it included chocolate muffin, blueberry muffin, waffles, 4 kinds of
cereal, pastries, coffee/juice, bread, bagel. The room itself is
also very comfortable. I think the room is pretty sound-proof. Bed and
blankets are also comfortable and clean. Its worth the money and the
stay was great! Would come back again if I visit Monterey. The location
is very closed to Carmel, 17 mile drive.

What a beautiful town & hotel.Stayed here for 5 days in July as we had travelled to see the Moto Gp racing at Laguna Seca. We had Yamaha & Ducati pit crew staying in our hotel. I stayed during the Red Bull Motogp Grand Prix, the location suited me fine as it was just minutes away from the track.

Great value for the money. The AC in the room worked like a charm and cooled the room down real quickly. Motel is located in a relatively quiet area of Monterey, no problems getting in or out, checking in and out was a cinch. The owners are also very friendly people.

The location was great for us. Close to the freeway and easy to get to the Warf and Carmel. The pool was large and clean with nice umbrellas for shade. Excellent location, walking distance from a mall. Close to Aquarium and Cannery Row. Honest cleaning crew also, we left something behind and called once we got home and it was turned into front desk. Thank you!

realize it was free until we were leaving, or we would have taken in

Location. The hotel was cruise and complete; everything we needed without being to much. We had free wifi, fridge, microwave, and access to the footpath that goes for days. The hotel was very close to amenities and provided many of its own. I would absolutely stay there again and enjoy breakfast on the patio! It is not the five star, nickel n dime ya, hotel that the Hyatt is; it is easy and functional and everything we needed.

We have stayed at the Victorian Inn before and fell in love with the fabulous proximity to everything! We also enjoy the wine tasting in the afternoons. The breakfast has been expanded since we stayed last and it was a delightful surprise. Will stay again and again. We also tell friends about the hotel everytime someone says that they are going to Monterey!

This is a good Inn in Monterey. We stayed as a family with two kids, 8 and 9, and it worked great as a base for our trip.

While they did overcharge me, the rooms were well worth what I paid (about $85/night). Clean, and freshly remodeled. Hvac system was noisy, but really unneeded for anything but clear the stale air at first entry. -

Loved the kitchenette! It didn't come stocked with pots, pans, dishes, utensils, etc. but you could come prepared & bring your own. Fridge was a good size; microwave a plus! Also nice to have a coffee machine in the room even though you can get some in the morning from the free breakfast, which is always nice. I will buy one of those waffle irons some day! The pool is a great temperature.

I liked the layout of the room. There were many features (such as the fridge, TV, microwave, closet, desk and sitting chair) that were spaced well and logically. I also appreciated the blackout drapes, since our room faced the parking lot and pool area.

The room was clean and had many dish TV program to select. The most important thing is they are all non-smoking room. It is very fair enough with 2 stars hotel rate.

Clarion hotel was excelent choice. We stay here for 3 nidhts. Fireplace, pool, good location for trips on whole Monterey penninsula. -
Nice to have fireplace in room. The door separating the 2 rooms afforded more privacy. Staff (front desk) very friendly and helpful.
