This must be signed and returned within 2 business days of booking. Please note: Guests must present a photo ID matching the credit card they used at the time of booking with their rental agreement. Guests must notify the property via email or phone of their time of arrival. Guests who fail to do so may forfeit their first night’s stay. The non-refundable service charge on this reservation includes cleaning and property protection for accidental damages. All guests are requested to fill out a short-term rental agreement. You must show a valid credit card upon check in. This credit card must be in the same name as the guest's name on the booking confirmation. All cards will be verified by a written authorization and card imprint. Cards unable to be imprinted will be photographed. All reservations are charged a service fee which is seasonal pricing.
