It was in a great location and at the same time was really nice for the price the room was rated!

Good location on Hollywood Boulevard with a metro station right on the corner and a Supermarket and great little Thai Noodle restaurant across the street made this an ideal spot for our few days in LA. Staff were friendly, room was clean and comfortable and there was plenty of parking for the car. Very happy with our stay.

AC/ventilation unit was difficult to get adjusted right. Room/bathroom decor was somewhat worn/dated but fine really.

The only problem I had was... If I wanted to smoke I had to stand off the premises to do so!, That part of Hollywood was...Very well known for Ladies off the night at one time!. It would have been better if there was a designated area to have done so! attracting the wrong sort of attention!.
The pool was very appreciated on the hotter days. Overall great place!

Ideal central location from which to do all your Hollywood touristy stuff from, just minutes away from Universal. Lovely Pool, food and shopping just across the road, bus and underground 2 mins walk away. Lovely helpful receptionist.

The wifi was unreliable and the signal was weak.
Everything, was a bit worried after reading the reviews, but rest assured, it is clean, safe and in a decent area of Hollywood. The pool was clean also, rest assured, We will be staying here again for sure.
Nothing to dislike
We really liked the location, the hotel is close to the walk of fame, where all the action is going on, also it has a supermarket right in front as well as a CVC pharmacy. There is a metro station right next to the hotel, so you can basically get to any place in LA.

Wi-fi rarely worked and the gentleman at reception didn't know how to use it.

This hotel is a great value for money. You can park your car in front of the door without having to pay a flat rate of 15 dollars every day. Rooms are large and clean. The pool area is nice... Loved it!

Only 2 bus stations from the kodak theatre! Neighbourhood seemed nice and safe.
Check- in time was 3 pm but our room wasn't ready by then, we had to sit 30 minutes or longer to wait for the cleaning lady so that she then could tell us we have to wait for at least another hour or ask for another room.
Was convenient to everything. Staff was very nice and helpful. Grocery store, bank, and Starbucks across the street.. My bed was soft the way I like it. and the other was firm just the way my bff likes it. The beds were comfy, quite hotel no hassles. Room came with fridge and microwave.
I didn't like that we didn't get a room with a table, but we were stoked with the fridge and microwave.

Everything!!! It really took me by surprise how wonderful the room was for the money I paid for. I really hope that it stays reasonable always. The staff has excellent customer service skills, really impressed.

Great location-right beside the metro station. Two stops away from the main strip in Hollywood. Staff was awesome. Restaraunt on site was amazing. Ate there every morning. Good area, not scary at night, free parking and free wifi that actually works in the rooms unlike a lot of other places that I have stayed.
Our room wasn't ready when we checked in but she had ungraded us for free anyways so we didn't care! Just hung out by the pool while we waited!

I appreciated the responsiveness and professional manner of the staff. When I arrived, there was a problem with my room. Every effort was made to resolve the problem and insure my comfort as a guest. I must admit that I was a satisfied guest and I would consider staying on the property again.
At first, I didn't like the fact that there was a problem with my room (I'd had a long day and was ready to get some sleep), The only other thing that was a minor inconvenience was the absense of a snack vending machine (it was late and area stores were closed).
