Amazing staff, awesome room for what I paid for, and best of all I got a$20 dollar credit for food staying at Luxor at either Luxor or Excalibur.
It was at the far end of the strip
Elevator too scary n our room too far from the elevator.

Elevator area on first floor was a little shabby. Long line for check in, concierge and on phone.

Large room, with a massive and really comfortable bed. Great location.
People trying to sell you things in the hotel constantly! (but this seemed to happen in most hotels that we walked through).
Shape of building and the way it was set up. I loved the buffet. The room was nice. The bed was very comfortable.
The heater in the room didn't seem to work. The tables in the room were not really clean. The internet hook up cable was missing a plastic snap to keep it in place.

Nice and professional team that they let us have early check in and everything was fantastic they had titanic show in Luxer which was unique and interesting. The buffet has tons of international food and high quality.

I did not like the cash only policy with booking with you, I wanted room service but did not have a large amount of cash so I had to go downstairs.

First room (pyramid) had a big leak, but was moved and upgraded without asking for the upgrade. Great style inside, and clean.

Obsessive staff close to reception which asking you "check in/out" every day.
The rooms were quiet and clean and comfortable. Close to the hotel that had our shows so we could walk easily. Closest to the airport.
The smell in the hotel is an overpowering bad car freshener smell. It stunk. Terrible. Pick a new sent! Also, very dark and not fresh in the lobby and casino. the other hotels are brighter and cheerier feeling.

Cheeky to complain about the free upgrade but the fact is was a smoking room took a small edge off of it (I do not know if all rooms are smoking permitted). Cannot complain otherwise.

Suites are roomy and amazing value for money with superbviews of the strip if uoure on that side of the pyramid.
The smell of air freshener in public areas can be overpowering and is used to cover the smell of cigars and cigarettes. To be fair to the luxor though it was similar in most hotels as smoking is allowed in the gaming areas.
The Luxor Hotel is on the main strip in Las Vegas. It has fantastic access to all of the other attractions on the strip. Fantastic free upgrade to a suite in the pyramid. Spacious room with big, deep bath overlooking the strip. Separate lounge area for relaxing.

I liked the location on the strip. Nice staff. The rooms in the Tower Section were very quiet. We never heard any noise.
I think the mattresses need to be replaced. They were very uncomfortable. I didn't like the "time share" staff located throughout the hotel continually asking "do you want to see a show tonight?" I am not there to be bothered like that. I think the Pyramid Café hours for dining should be opened longer. Not everyone likes to eat a buffet nor expensive dinners or quick snack (grilled) foods. By the way, the buffet was not very good.

Room in west tower not easy to get to. I thought I was going to be in main pyramid.
At this price the hotel is amazing. We even get upgraded to a suite with a magnificent view of Las Vegas on the 30th floor. One of the best price quality ratio we ever had. Luxury on a budget cant complain We had a really great time. Why pay more ?
