The staff was wonderful, they went over and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. We got to know the front staff on first name basis. We felt that we were part of their family. There are not enough words to express how much we enjoyed our stay. For all the people coming and going we felt very welcomed.

Just the cleanliness of the bathroom.

Beds are terrible There is a drainage grate in the road being the building which makes a lot of noise all night when vehicles drive over it. Lots of sneaky charges at checkout.

The shower curtain was too short causing a flood. The jacuzzi was broke the entire weekend. Using a key to operate the elevator was irritating. Surprise fee of $10 per day for extras we didn't use.

We liked that it was smoke free and fairly close to the strip. The bus stop was just outside and the shuttle was excellent.

There is no recycling program. We were trying to use their program of keeping the towels and reusing them and the maids would still take our towels each day.

I go to Vegas about 2-3 each year so Ive been over getting nickled & dimed at the big time casino resorts. I love staying at this place! Its close enough to the party but also far enough for a little peace and quite. The rooms are awesome for the price.

The neighborhood across the way is a little shady but I've stayed her enough to know .... if you don't mess with them .... they don't mess with you.

Amazing staff! Very helpful at all time, they would get out of their way to help. The facility was very clean and nice. My business partners and I completely loved it. When we go back to Vegas, we will stay here for sure.

The hotel is very cool and clean. The position is good, you can go to the Strip with their shuttle till 10:30 pm and come back with a taxi for 10 dollars. The breakfast was included and quite nice, but at 8:30 the food was almost finished (so get up early if you want to eat!). Great value for money!

Staff were very friendly and accomidating. Over all a nice stay.

Wifi was weak and intermittent. Cont. breakfast needs work. Pastry, bagels ect., two toasters, and plastic bowls and silver wear. Styrofoam is not fun to eat off and not Eco friendly.

The front desk staff very helpful. We got a room on the quiet side of the building, which was so nice. This room was with a king bed which left more room for walking and sitting. The continental breakfast was perfect. It had the basic foods of home, toast, yogurt, coffee and juice. Was everything we needed. This was our second time staying here and we are definitely returning.

There was nothing that we didn't like.

Very comfortable, very good value for your money, has a pool, a parking and basically everything you need in a hotel when you plan on spending your money with other activities in Vegas. Also liked the fact that it have a vending machine and ice close to our room.

I heard that the breakfast was poor (my boyfriend got to try it out), but since the price was that good, it honestly didn't matter.

Quite comfortable facility; good location (a very convenient bus No.202 stops by its side); generous free breakfast and very helpful staff. All these are provided at a very reasonable price. Very impressive.

We got a wheelchair accesible room for some reason, so it was a really big room with a nice bathroom. The room as well as the rest of the hotel were very new and clean. Parking was super easy as they provide spots in their garage for free (pretty much all hotels let you park in their garage for free even on the strip and if you're not a guest, so don't worry about parking), if you're travelling without a car, I know that the hotel provides a shuttle to the strip, but I don't know how well it works as we didn't use it) Breakfast was good and they were really fast in refilling items. I loved the room and didn't expect anything as nice as that for this low price :)

The location was great. Atmosphere and scenery was great. Plan to stay again when we due come back to Las Vegas. I would like to suggest your hotel sign be lighted on the sides of the building so that it can be easily seen.

The room we were in just needed a little more dusting of dresser and TV area. Bath room needs walls cleaned and vent needed dusting, plus air conditioning unit needed to be vacuum out.

The beds were extremely comfortable. The carpets looked and smelled like they had just been changed. Very nice indoor pool. Great customer service and fantastic price.

If you are choosing this hotel because it has a free breakfast, look somewhere else. It does have a free breakfast, as well a $2 and $3 dollar items you can order. Unfortunately I had to search for a clean plate and fork; about 50% of them had dried crusty food on them. There wasn't much more than milk and cereal, bread, and juice.

Everything was fine. Room and bathroom very clean and comfortable. Big rooms! Good value for money. Staff friendly. Nothing to complain!

Breakfast not so good for european taste, but I think this is normal in America ( only bread and sweet things, nothing with protein, like eggs or ham ) Othervice ok.

It was very close to the big strip which potends all the facinating things of las vegas. The staff were helpful, polite and friendly, for the rooms are nice, but breakfast sucks. Any way, it is good for the money. The bus shuttle is good but communication was not so fluent as driver's english was not so good.

Breakfast is supposed to be up graded.

The hotel was too far from the strip to walk to /from particularly at night. The shuttle service was fine during the day but hard to get at night and it did not operate after 10.30pm so we had to pay for a taxi every night to get back to the hotel after dinner.

Shuttle from airport was not easy to find and use. International traveler has to change terminals. After a 10hr flight we could not find how to get to shuttle so gave up and took a taxi.

The staff is very nice, the location is good (if you have a car). It's a good place if you don't want an expensive resort, but still near the strip.

The corner of the bed is too sharp. I stayed there with four people and all of us hurt ourselves in those corners.
