Downtown Grand, an Ascend Hotel - Fotos
O que as pessoas dizem
Exceptional service and friendliness of the staff especially your valet and security - We were with my 87 year old parents celebrating their 66th wedding anniversary - they love Las Vegas but had never stayed in the Freemont Strip area (always in Henderson) and thoroughly loved their stay and want to return - have already recommended your hotel to a plane load of disgruntled travellers who stayed on the strip and had some horror stories to tell - will be posting our reommendation on our website. todos opiniões »
The hotel was beautiful and exceptionally clean. The rooms were brand
new, spotless, and the bed was very comfortable. It was also very quiet-
no doors slamming, loud parties in the hall, etc. The Art Bar and Mob
Bar were a nice addition to the hotel. The casino was very well
ventilated and did not smell like smoke.
It was excellent. Relaxing and enjoyable. I thought it was affordable
and where it is downtown Las Vegas it was nice. I think the Downtown
Grand might be helping to change the face of Downtown Las Vegas.
The prices are fear comeared to excellent hotel. The location also good , to las vegas blvd takes 15 mins by a car. When i go to las vegas i will choose the same hotel.
newly remodeled property very nice remodel in a cool spot just off freemont street. I would stay there again if I wanted to stay downtown.
I liked the style of the hotel it was very modern and quite glam. The staff were very friendly and helpful and gave really good service.
The staff & especially the Valet went out of their way to assist us. The room was very clean. The piano bar was fun.
Valet, front desk staff were very helpful. texting for your car....excellent idea. close proximity to fremont street.
The style was great. Every detail in the decor felt hand picked. Big rooms. Great shower. Will return.
Very cool looking room. Very clean. Good coffee in the morning. Staff quite helpful and friendly.
Easy acces to the freeway
Valet parking=less time and stress in finding a parking space.
The valet staff and doormen were excellent and very friendly. The place was clean.
The staff were very friendly and professional. Everything was very clean.
Brand new ! Very clean, nice modern designed room. Very pleasant staff.
They hotel surprised me! Its really nice & everything is new!!!.
The location near the Fremont street is excellent
Staff is great.
It was very nice, the staff was really helpful and nice.
The staff was friendly and the facilities were superb.
Great room at a great price close to everything.
Valet, staff, comfy bed, free coffee!.
The location and the room.
Not on strip, new/ fresh.
price
clean
friendly.
The workers respect.
Vallet service.
When we checked in, I double checked the room price with the letsbookhotel.com
price I reserved and they were nowhere near the same, almost $200 off.
The staff were very nice and with the help of a manager, gave me the
rate I had booked. Make sure you save the conformation email. No
negatives at all about the hotel itself though.
It was my wife's b'day and I called ahead to have something nice
placed in the room before we checked in. They didn't have anything
that could be put in the room. Flowers, candy, nice note would have
worked. It would have also been nice to have a small fridge in the room.
promo said 2 free bottles of water daily, I did not get them on my second day
pillows are too big, most hotels offer 2 different size pillows.
I didn't like that it didn't provide a kettle with tea and coffee facilities in the room, which I thought was standard from hotels? Also because it did only just open the pool wasnt up and running which was a shame.
Not offered a shower/bath in our room. Our friends had a bath and my lady would have loved taking a bath instead. No instructions for the television, had to surf all channels to find a movie. More sports channels than needed.
Very Cold hallways.
Obviously not on the strip but having spent 3 days on the strip, next time I would take the bus up,.
Entry from valet area is through the casino...a real drag when you just want to check in right away.
The showers had no doors which made for a cold shower. The front desk staff seemed a little lost which made The check-in a little longer than expected.
Water pressure in the shower was lacking.
The location is 15 minutes from strip, but I didn't care.because I
got a lot for my money, only paid $33 for one night.
Nothing really . . We wanted to stay off the strip.
I had called for room service a couple of times and each time no one came up with my request.
Noise outside, housekeeping slamming doors after 11pm, shower stall's strange no-door design.
Trying to be a boutique hotel but not quite cutting it on design / experience, rooms felt cold, empty & unfinished, valet parking only, nice enough but not memorable in any way.
no parking.
none.
Room not clean.
