affordable/reasonable. Huge choices for dining within the hotel.

We stayed at the MGM Grand because of the PAC 12 Basketball tournament.
Everything was convenient to the Garden Arena.
We liked the buffet, the restaurants & the food court near the Arena.

and they were kind enough to check in my room and found it on
the table. It was quite a relief as I was about to cancel my checking account. These are the things that mean a lot to guests.

Very kind and careful service people, Wonderful view through the window (even though it was not a direct view to the Strip).
If you need a dental kit, or a shaving kit, you can get plenty of them. (no extra charge!) Hard line internet is free, and it's fast enough. Yes, wifi is not free but hard line was enough for me.

Really the only place to stay in vegas if you want a chilled atmosphere.It is relaxing and well positioned near the middle of the strip. We were able to drop our bags off before checking in, the pool(s) and hot tub(s) were great and open 24/7 (except for during a rain storm of course) . Not sure if this is a plus or a minus but this hotel is extremely family friendly which was not what we expected. It's also around the corner from the start of the strip (luxor/mgm grand area) and while "around the corner" in Vegas is still pretty far, the location was great for the price. Also room service was always super quick and friendly.

Also we left for a whole day came back at night and found our room to be super spotless! Her name was Silvia! Great job! :) the people at the casino very friendly and told us about LAX! Staff were super friendly and very helpful. Got upgraded to Sky suites for being on our Honeymoon (unforgettable gesture) on 50th floor (AWESOME). Concierge were always assistant and prompt with support. Hotel itself is the best on strip in luxury and facilities. Luxury mall at Aria is also a plus with amazing brands and atmosphere. Give it a 10/10 and I never give a hotel 10/10. Will surely revisit again very soon.
