I did not expect much due to some reviews but I was very happy. My daughter and I were active all day and the location was convient to public metro and buses, and the beds were very comfortable. The Room had all we needed and they cleaned it well every day. The staff was all very polite and helpful. I would stay there again when traveling without

comfortable and relaxing. Easy to get to with easy parking as I was
pulling a trailer. About three block from Hollywood Blvd. Great place to
stay and pricing was pretty good as well. -
We stayed at the on highland ave & it was perfect...room looked just like the pictures, house keeping was nice, had a mini fridge, coffee pot & walking distance to the Hollywood bowl, in-n-out burger, shopping, tourist sights & ride away from Runyon canyon and many other activities...fantStic location & hotel

We switched to this hotel after reading some horrific reviews of our original choice. I am so glad we did.
The reception staff were very helpful and friendly. They ordered us all the taxis we needed and gave us good advice on times/prices etc. A late 6pm check out was at a cost, but we were allowed an extension until 2pm for free! so worth asking

Staff were excellent! ALWAYS friendly and helpful and made myself and my daughter feel very welcome! Beds were the most comfortable beds we have ever slept in during our travels!!!!! Proximity to Hollywood Blvd and Metro. -
Beds and pillows were super comfy, nice bathroom, microwave and coffee maker in room, pantry on site to buy goodies, nice heated pool and spa, excellent location and very clean. Team members very friendly and good restaurant.

An absolute gem of a Hotel, would definitely stay there again. From the moment we arrived the staff went out of their way to help us. The room was very clean and comfortable. The ac was great, but we ended
up turning it off and just using the fan. We were able to leave our
stuff in the lobby for hours and nothing happened to it (we couldn't
check in early). No bed bugs! It was extremely close to Hollywood Blvd,
so we were able to walk there and back no problem. It is close to public
transportation. We stayed for two nights, didn't spend much time in
the room, but when we came back to it after a long day it was very

Recommend to stay here if you are visitting Hollywood area. Great location, short walk to Hollywood Boulevard, walk of fame etc. short drive to Universal Studios and MGM.

We spent 1 night during our honeymoon at the Redbury. It's a pretty large and very trendy hotel at a great location by the Walk of Fame. Easy access to restaurants, bars and museums. There's also a large outside bar in the hotel which seems to be a popular spot (that also means a lot of noise at night but we were prepared for that).

Great deal on booking made the stay justifiable:) traveling through,
long distance, high stress... We were extremely well taken care of,
particularly by Christian at the check in desk. He even remembered my
name 2 days later when I came back to pick up luggage they let us store
there... And I even had a dramatically different haircur!

Room was well appointed, large and modern.
Large bathroom with many towels and great housekeeping department that kept the complimentary soap, shampoo, conditioner and body cream in abundance.
Very helpful and efficient staff when needed - from reception to the concierge service, everyone was pleasant, friendly and made an effort. Made the stay highly enjoyable.
Free Acura town car for up to 5 miles.
The hotel was great, especially for young people, and I would stay at the W Hollywood again.

How could we not love our spectacular suite! Although our luxury King room on the 19th floor with views over the Hollywood hills was lovely and we would stay in this room type again, we upgraded to the breathtaking 2100 sq foot "panorama suite" on the 20th floor with a 270 degree panoramic view of the entire city and the beautiful Hollywood Hills.

1. We initially booked the deluxe double room however it was quite cramp and small. The next day we upgraded to a Junior suite which had a king size bed and a sofa bed (queen size probably?) which was very spacious.
2. Located in the heart of Hollywood. Connected to Hollywood/Highland Centre (one of the best spots to view the Hollywood sign) and right next to the Hollywood/Highland Red Line metro station. One metro stop from Universal City and a very short walk to the star walk, TCL theatre etc
