Location is very good and the service is very good as well. We can leave our luggage in the Holiday inn for 4 days for free. The luggage storage service is very convenient for foreign visitors. As a reminder, if you have got O'hare airport, you need to call the Holiday Inn Express and ask for the shuttle to pick up you. Since we waited for around 1 hour and at last called the Holiday Inn Express for shuttle bus service.

It had a complimentary shuttle service to the Chicago airport. They picked me up within 5 minutes of being called that I have arrived. The next morning, I waited just a few minutes before the shuttle went back to the airport to deliver me and three other hotel guests to our departure terminals. - nice mattress

The location is on the newly updated Rosemont strip. I did not rent a
car and was able to get to the Entertainment district just 1 mile up the
road. Safe for pedestrians to walk with sidewalks and police crossing.

People was friendly and we were hungry and gave us a number to call for food which was delicious. It was late at night so this place stays open until 4:00 a.m. so it was perfect. The hotel was nice and clean. The room was nice also. We only stay for the night but it was pleasant and we slept comfortable.

comfortable, clean, relaxing, the rooms were well decorated. I was very happy with our room. We wanted something affordable & close to the airport; this was both. Plus, we had a free shuttle to the airport as well. Another perk, restaurants on site. However, we didn't leave our room. Room service was superb! The food was great quality

Upon arrival,check in staff were extremely efficient and friendly.
Receiving an unexpected warm chocolate chip cookie was a nice thought.
Nothing was too much trouble and when I requested a late check out due
to an evening flight,it was honoured. Room was spacious and clean and
breakfast in the restaurant was a little pricey but worth it.

My good report today was based upon a previous stay there several years ago. I am specially commending Candlewood Suites Chicago today for waiving my cancellation charges. I booked the hotel one day in advance of a planned trip to Chicago which was cancelled due to a snowstorm.

The rooms were clean with a modern upgrade. Quiet area, very close to airport, and close enough to go downtown with out the hassle of downtown. All the amenity of home. Full size fridge, 2 top stove, microwave. Free wifi. Best place to stay. I would stay again on my next trip.

Room was clean, staff was friendly and helpful. We used the shuttle service to the airport to get to the CTA blue line to access the whole Chicago area. Drivers were punctual and courteous.

This was one of the cleanest hotel rooms I've ever stayed in. I was
a stranded traveler, and the room had everything I needed to be
comfortable. There was a nice, fluffy bathrobe, and the bed was very
comfortable. They had a great Keurig coffee maker in the room and a well-
stocked (if expensive) mini-bar. The staff was helpful, and the room was
very comfortable. Plus, the shuttle service to and from the airport was
top-notch.
