Good location for centre of York and Micklegate and Train Station just 5 Mins walk round the corner.

The service from the staff couldn't be better. Very enthusiastic, polite and helpful. They went the extra mile to give us the best stay in York.

The room was large and comfortable. I had no disturbances from other guests. The staff were welcoming and discreet about me being a woman staying alone. I will definitely return.

The lady on arrival was very helpful on reception. The double room was very spacious and extremely clean. The location was a 10 minute walk from the centre of York. The longboat restaurant is a great place for meals.

On site resturant was excellent the room was clean with plenty of hot water for baths and showers.

The bedding could have done with a softener being used like for example lannor that smells fresh.

This hotel is located close to the railway station, just few minutes walk. The room was functional and quiet despite proximity of a busy street, with nice view. The restaurant served very good meals. The staff was friendly and very helpful.

There was impossible to regulate the temperature in the room. It was necessary to ask the staff to change the temperature remotely. Unfortunately, the set temperature is not necessary the same as the real one, and few corrections can be needed to find the right setting. How to do this, when every time help of staff is necessary? I hope, the system can be changed.

Premier Inn is always reliably clean, comfortable and family friendly. This hotel is central and the family room was a good size. Good breakfast as always.

The hotel was very good, clean and comfortable. The staff were exceptional and made the overall stay was excellent. The location was prime to York City Center. The hotel facilities for children were great, The breakfast and evening meals we had were very tasty and very fresh. We will certainly be returning to this hotel in the very near future.

The location is very convenient to the rail station and to the walled city, where most of the tourist sites are located.

Since the is Premier Inn York (Blossom St North) and ... (...South), it is a bit confusing. There should be at least be a shared reservation database, as well as better signage. The wi-fi was very unstable

Close to the main train station and to one of the city gates giving access to the city walls. Easy walking distance to the sites of the old city. Effective air conditioning, which was necessary during the week we were visiting.Overall, a very comfortable, family friendly business type establishment, which we appreciated after enjoying many excellent b and B's throughout northern England.

The location is good, very convenient for a new comer to York, good bus connection and close to railway. The children eat breakfast free is an excellent values and my kids love it. Staff very friendly and helpfull.

Very well located for city centre and close to train station.

Some road noise outside bedroom window. On arrival went to bar for a drink but no one behind it, so left after 5min wait and went to pub next door.

All the staff went out of their way to be friendly and helpful. Because of a mix up in our booking arrangements we had extra beds put up in our room and when we asked they were moved within minutes. The hotel is very handy for the railway station and centre of York and very easy to find.

No drop off point at front of hotel, and the car park is quite a long way round the back - it's also expensive : £9 for 24 hours, and that's with a discount.

Friendly polite staff

Had paid by corporate credit card butwhen I arrived I was told they needed to see the credit card. As this was in my collague's name I did not have this with me - should have been clear when booked as after a long journey then had to contact colleague so she could fax her signature over. had to ask for bill 3 times when ate at restaurant.
