warm welcome, nice clean room and comfortable bed. Breakfast was out standing .Would definetly recommend it to any one and would definetly stay there again.

Bathroom little on the small side and room was baking hot. It was 23c out side and central was on full blast. Mentioned to owner radiator valve is probably faulty.
