My only problem was booking was sent to hotel as a single occupancy. I had booked 1 adult 2 children. Had to mess about with extra bedding and towels. Staff were very helpful.
It suited us well as we had a busy day at blue water. It was lovely to come back at the end of the day knowing you were going to get a good nights sleep.

Large bedroom, very comfortable, clean and with BATH! Helpful smiling staff. Liked the choice of ground floor room. Lots of parking.
The accommodation is excellent. The staff are what you expect from the Premier Inn.. efficient, friendly and good at their jobs.

was not very helpful on our first night the waiter was at the end of his shift and could not be bothered to find us a table he said it was all booked
l would have thought some tables would have been held for the people who had booked into the hotel we had to find somewhere else to have a meal.
No window that can be opened? Big disappointment.
No telephone in the room. WiFi was not working too well.
although it is a newish building the floors creaked even in the bathroom I was in the disabled ground bedroom and could hear the people upstairs every time they moved it was a shame.

The host at the beefeater dis-interested to say the least. Nearly £90
for a room in Swanley seems excessive in the least.
Waiting time for food, steak was extremely tough ,air con too low in dining area and bar, rooms cold on arrival and when left they go cold again prefer to come into comfy warm room.

It is not fair how 3 adults are unable to stay in a quadruple room,
there was plenty of room so this is not an issue. One of the people in
our group had to stay in a different hotel and this almost ruined our
trip and cost us money. We were told that the bed could not withstand
the weight of an adult, and this was rather insulting.
where you got the idea fromm that the beds need to be low for disabled people with bad backs, legs, knees. need higher beds if the problem is with wheel chairs, some places have small ramps available for there use.
As regards putting extra bars on the bath doe's not help in any way unless you move the bath out from the wall so you can get into the bath and feel comfortable.
and you are not fighting it to get out of the bath.
beds were too hard, no phone in room and no alarm clocks or any sort of clock in the rooms.
Beefeater restaurant prices ,quality of food and cleanliness All I
wanted was egg on toast for breakfast but still had to pay Eight pounds
odd. Plates knives and forks needed a good scrub up...perhaps the
dishwasher wasn't working properly.
Power cuts during hot weather. Affiliated pub adjacent to hotel had closed the kitchen, had to walk into swanley for food.
The breakfast was terrible especially compared to other premier inns.
