Atendimento e limpeza - We were made to feel very welcome and the lodge manager was extremely helpful and accommodating. Room and bathroom was very clean and we found staying with our young baby very relaxing. - Very clean and comfortable bed. Missed breakfast as it was a bit early for us.

Very comfortable rooms, super water pressure in the showers, staff very helpful and friendly, tons of parking, great location close to Kingston, idea for London, fast and free wireless included in tariff. For what it is, the room rate is extremely good value. Have not stayed before but would do again in future. -

Most chain hotels are OK but ordinary. This was much better; friendly efficient staff, good reasonably priced food in restaurant, comfortable well equipped bedroom. Very clean and crisp everywhere -

helped with calling multiple cousins. The room was wonderful, very

The room was beautiful with everything you could want - Nespresso machine, fresh milk and water in the fridge, lovely toiletries, large screen tv, comfortable bed with smooth, crisp sheets.
