  Amazing, its wonderful, it is my second review and my second staying, the staff are amazing kasha and lourie thank you so much you both are so lovely the manager is so gentle they are adorable the hotel is so comfi. The room was kept extremely clean for us and the laundry/ dry cleaning service was exceptional. I will definitely stay again when I come to London.

  We arrived at 9 am and were given a room at 10:30 am and the reception staff were trying to get the room ready ASAP and in the meantime we were asked to wait in the club lounge while the room was being prepared.   Very friendly staff. Nice new bathroom/shower. Well working heating (cold period during our stay). Excellent cooked English breakfast. - The breakfast was plain and simple
