  Staff were friendly and curtious. having an aged Aunt, We were given a room in the quite part of the hotel. I was grateful for their concern. Hanley City Centre a great shopping area. - The peace and quiet despite a number of children staying. I think the staff should be complimented in the allocation of rooms.

  We only stayed for one night, for a get-together for my birthday,everything about the cabin was excellent, my father and I were very impressed. They get better infact, every year. Very pleasant and comfortable and within easy reach of all pubs, restaurants, tesco and attractions like Alton Towers. Great value for money and they cater for larger families as well as groups of friends which can sometimes be difficult to get a room for.   After a busy day at alton towers it was a 5 min drive to the hotel. It was then lovely to sit and relax in the hot tub n sitting room n order a take away - Friendly service, quirky and lovely suite, lots of lovely local produce for breakfast, comfortable beds, would definitely recommend and will be back.

They both thoroughly enjoyed their stay and thought the hosts were excellent.
