We stayed in the riverside Merchant Exchange apartment and the location was brilliant, just a few minutes walk to all the shops, restaurants & tourist attractions. The views across the city and river were lovely and the apartment was clean, comfortable and very well equipped. We appreciated that parking, Wi-Fi and Sky HD were all included in the price. We were visiting York as two couples so staying together in an apartment was nicer than being separated in a hotel. The comfortable beds

I enjoyed the proximity to the centre of Harrogate. Nice little cool shops and bars on Cold Bath Road minutes round the corner. Very comfy beds and good linen. Great shower. A bathroom for each bedroom. Double glazed so quiet. Really nice kitchen. Clean, contemporary and thankfully no chintz. -

Perfect location for walking in the Dales, especially if you want to completely forget about wind/rain etc once you're done trekking. Food was excellent, good drinks selection and by far the nicest place to eat or drink in Settle backed up with great staff! Really spacious rooms, very clean and well furnished. -

We couldn't fault our stay at grassington house. The room was beautiful, as was the hotel itself. The staff were welcoming and attentive, we felt very well looked after!

The building and room were very impressive. There was a relaxed atmosphere and I felt like I was experiencing a little bit of luxury whilst staying there. Breakfast was a delight.
When we arrived we were shown round and given a complimentary cup of tea. I think u get cookies too as several people saidvthey were coming altho we never got any. But we weren't fussed and I think that this was a wonderful touch.
