  The apartment has an excellent location. It was clean and comfortable although quite small. The parking is very convenient with a connecting lift (once you have the key) although it is quite expensive.   Everything! Absolutely fab, cannot praise this hotel highly enough. Suite was a small appartment, we could happily have moved in. Thoughtful extras like take-away boxes at breakfast, shopping done for you if you wanted to self-cater, Lovely helpful and friendly staff. It's on the edge of the Old Town but just off the main drag, and it was actually ve - I loved the fact that everything was brand new, very clean and it also had a kitchenette (toaster, microwave, dishwasher etc). It is located in a nice area (new residential developments, offices) and just across the road is University of Edinburgh. It is 20 minutes away from the main tourist attractions (the Castle, Whiskey Museum, Princess Street). There is a parking near by (literally the building close to the hotel). The location is new and it’s not on the gps – you will be guided to an nhs

  We stayed at Simpson Loan two bedroom apartment! The apartment was fantastic! We loved it so much that we booked with vip apartments for our next stay again! Marc is the best, he really takes care of the guests. I am sure if there is any issue he would do his best to help out! Very good service!   Smart at iQ, Edinburg was a very pleasant surprise for us. Perfectly located: less than 20 min walk to the castle and to the train station, bus stop for the airport right at the corner, restaurants and shops around. A perfect location for someone who wants to visit and move all day and have a proper and comfortable place to sleep. The - The apartment complex itself is very secure. The bedroom was clean, bright and well set out given the limited space. The bathroom, whilst also small had everything you need and unlike many higher rated accommodation I've stayed in hot water was available at all times and at a constant temp. The staff were very friendly and helpful especially to the many foreign visitors there for the festival.
