Wendy's breakfast 'sets you up for the day'. The evening meals are a good price and plentiful. The food is freshly cooked, no microwaving or instant meals here I'm happy to say. A real ale drinkers paradise. Will definitely come again, and recommend it to others.

The location complemented with excellent price including breakfast and 24 hours availability on an individual to address any needs was the best part of the hotel. I got the river facing room, so getting to see ferry running across was awesome. The room was made every single day of my stay. The food was extremely good and I will definitely recommend it to others for a stay should you be in this town for few days.

Everything. The staff were very helpful and friendly, the bed was very comfortable and one of the best hotel beds I have experienced in a long time. Also, there was no noise disturbance, which made our stay experience all the more enjoyable. -

We arrived late and tired and were personally guided to the Car Park and greeted.
I had rung ahead to see what time the restaurant stayed open and was told 9.30 however if it was a matter of us being 20 mins or so late they would await our arrival.

We chose the Eurostar package which included overnight accommodation, breakfast, parking and return taxi to Ashford Terminal. Everything went smoothly and made our few days away enjoyable. We had a large room and the breakfast was excellent. Would highly recommend this hotel. - Always being given a ground floor room when I ask.

The service in this hotel was the best we have ever experienced, and we travel alot! All members of staff were professional and helpful - attentive to our every need, even anticipating the needs of our group. The hotel was delightful, full of character and the location just 5 minutes walk from the town center was ideal. The breakfast was generously proportioned and there was ample choice.

and we loved our stay . the room was spotless clean and modern and the

We needed a hotel near the Eurostar at Ebbsfleet. Previous reviewers rated the Premier Inn at Gravesend very highly and we were not disappointed. All the staff were superb in every way. Dinner was delicious, and breakfast was brilliant.
We will certainly be staying there again when next we use Eurostar from Ebbsfleet.
It made a perfect start to our holiday abroad.
I wish there were more hotels as good as this one.

Everything about the hotel and the staff. We had a comfortable and well decorated room in which to relax; loved the squashy leather settees and thoroughly enjoyed eating in the bar area as the staff were so efficient and friendly. The chef is a star - we ate on both nights of our stay, and both meals were a delight. Would highly recommend this hotel and would love to stay again.
