This hotel was clean, modern and excellent value for money. The staffwere very friendly and nothing was too much trouble for them. We were travelling to France early the next morning before the start of breakfast so we were given a takeaway breakfast for the journey! Holiday Inn will definitely be our preferred hotel choice for our next visit!

Everyone was extremely friendly and more than happy to help. The Hotel is a 10 minute walk from the City Centre but in dire weather (as was this weekend) taxi's are happy to pick up/drop off. - Only stayed overnight but impressed with the helpfulness of the staff, especially reception when booking in.

We liked everything from our reception with a cup of tea & a scone, a delicious dinner which Tracy cooked for us despite it being her evening off, delightful The White House bath accessories, pleasant gardens to wonderful breakfasts.
