The staff was wonderful! Roxanna was super friendly and helpful. She greeted us, showed us the apartment, answered all of our questions, and called us a cab when we left. The quiet location - we barely heard anyone else in the building.
A very warm welcome, and the apartment was spotless.
I live in London during the week and usually travel home at the weekend, so it was great to have laundry facilities.

We had a very cold weekend with snow - really appreciated coming back to a warm apartment and a cuppa!

A new Hotel, excellent location for our needs, a short walk to Aldgate East tube, the staff so friendly and helpful. We took a short taxi ride to Tower Pier and went on the Thames from Tower Bridge to Westminster. We loved Selfridges and had salty beef sandwiches at 'The Brass Rail Cafe' there. -

appartment is big, brand new and very clean. It is on the 20 th floor and has an AMAZING AMAZING AMAZING view! You can look out over the whole city!
Although they do not provide breakfast, you can make anything you want with their well equipped kitchen -

everything about the hotel was very nice to a very high standard. the staff were very polite and welcoming. i loved the decor of the hotel very high class quality specs all over. close to the city centre no noise even though its right by the main road. it was just a lovely place to stay and i will definetly stay there again. highly recommended -

landlord cooks the meals and they are quite good British fare. Someone
said there was no breakfast; well this is not true, I had one most days
I was there. If you want a homely comfortable environment where you can
relax versus a sharp hotel, this is a very good place to go.

The room was very spacious, spotlessly clean, comfy bed, flatscreen TV, big bathroom and great food from the carvery. I have already booked up again for next week.
