The staff were very accomodating and friendly. The room was very plesent and the bed was very comfortable. Good breakfast, pleasant staff, good jacuzzi suite. Its was comfortable, but the room was cold and couldn't get a good nightsleep from I. Friendly Staff, lovely views, clean rooms. The ocean view from he front room. The guest house is right beside the sea which I love. This is a lovely guest house and it has a lovely atmosphere. The lady working when we were there was very friendly. We had a jacuzzi room which was nice and the room itself was very spacious.we were given a bigger room because the first room we were booked into, the toilet did not flush, both rooms were nice. Quite location but also central and close to facilities. Great views of the beach from the front entrance of the guest house, close to some really nice restaurants (dont miss the Harbour and Ramorerestaurants, Ramada), quiet place, comfy beds and very friendly staff. Location on Sea Front, Staff, Communal Living Room. The nice vieuw of the sea from the breakfast room. rooms were comfortable and views were spectacular. the jacuzzi. good location. it was the worst place we have ever stayed. no internet. The breakfast could have been served hotter. But this would not put me off staying there again. The room was too warm during the night and in the morning.Overall the guest house is lovely but I do think it could do with a bit of work. Its not that it is unclean but it does need a bit of an up-date. Although good it could be even better if they decided to fix it up a bit. It has lovely views and good big rooms so they really have the opportunity to turn this into a very popular place. the next room we were into the bathroom was big, however the exit door was in the bathroom and unfortunately there was a small gap under the door big enough for slugs to get under the door and in the bathroom which was slightly offputting. Might sound a bit petty but there was no supply of shampoo and shower gelsachets for a £70 per night bandB. And the shower took a very long time tosupply lukewarm water!. Toilet flush broken, Poor reception on TV. Narrow corridoors and steep stairs to rooms located on the backside ofthe hotel. Pay a bit moore and get a wonderful seavieuw from thefrontsida. These rooms were not available at the arrival. Bathroom wasn't really clean. The night we stayed it was very noisy. Other guests were having loud converstaions/banging doors well past mid-night. breakfast too early 8 to 930. no view from room and no openers on any windows no means of fire escape in room. limited soundproofing and an amazing amount of rules. There was damp patches on the ceiling and around the window and the roomwas very cold, we didn't have hot water in the shower. the room could have done with a hoover, as it was very dirty. we were over charged for the first room we stayed in and they would not refund the money. The first room had a double bed that blocked the bathroom door opening,in the bathroom the toilet was right beside a frosted window and passers by could see you as you sat on the toilet, there was no toiletries in the bathroom except for a very old well used cracked bar of soap, outside the bedroom window was.
