The hospitality shown by Jacqui and John was outstanding; very caring and kind. Their knowledge of the area is remarkable and they provided us with extremely good advice on what to do. The highlight of our stay was the amazing spread at breakfast and the scrumptious muffins baked every morning by Jacqui. What a difference to the greasy, standard English breakfast!. Overall an excellent hotel and experience. Basic rooms but very comfortable. THE cleanest rooms I have seen in my 30+ years of travelling (and that includes staying frequently in 5 star hotels). Very friendly owners and staff. Extremely nice breakfasts. Will be staying there again when I need to visit that part of the country.

Would thoroughly recommed. I could not find fault with trelinda, it was beautiful and clean the breakfast was really nice with a wide choice of fresh produce. The hosts where extemly welcoming and friendly and went out of their way to be helpful. I will definately stay there again. Welcoming hosts, friendly efficient staff, delicious breakfasts, fresh muffins cooked daily, comfy spotlessly clean rooms, extremely helpful in planning our daily activities and superb knowledge of Cornwall's attractions and best destinations. trelinda is home from home.comfy relaxing.treated like family. great food as a chef my self I had no complaints.john and Jackie great hosts. oh and the muffins brilliant.would and will recommend trelinda every time. Please note that the guest house does not accept bookings from anyone under the age of 18. Proof of age may be requested. The guest house does not accept bookings of more than four persons. Please note that this property cannot accommodate hen and stag parties. Management reserve the right to charge a GBP 50 per person bond deposit for any groups accepted by prior arrangement. The deposit is refunded if no damage to property or the hotels reputation. Any one bringing in unregistered guests into the guest house will be charged or debited GBP 100 per night and will be asked to leave the hotel without receiving any refund for remaining nights. Please note that no rooms are located on the ground floor. Please note reception is closed at 21:00 hours. If guests are arriving late, please notify the owners well before the arrival date. The parking is free and there are enough spaces for all guests. However, it can be difficult to organise cars during busy periods. Guests are kindly asked to be patient. Booking.com does not receive the deposit, this is taken by the hotel directly. Please note that the remaining balance is due upon arrival. American Express is not accepted as a method of payment. If guests arrive early, they are advised to ring the doorbell to register any car for the car park. Due to fire regulations, no cooking facilities are permitted in any of the guest rooms.
