O que as pessoas dizem
Good location, modern decor, comfortable bed
A chic little hiding place in the flurry of London. The lift provided easy access to our interior room on the 4th floor. The room was quiet and offered as many hours of restful darkness as we wished. We are pretty low maintenance, so we found the space cozy and just-enough for a quick shower/change of clothes. Two full size luggage pieces can tuck away under furniture or stowed in the shower. Pubs/major attractions/shopping easily walkable, or take t. todos opiniões »
I loved this hotel! One of the few hotels in London we found with air conditioning, it was greatly appreciated during the summer's random 'heat wave'! Clean rooms, good range of channels on the TV and the softest, fluffiest towels I have come across in a hotel! The free cheese and wine happy hour is an excellent touch and the cafe was well priced and with friendly staff. Good value for money, trendy designed hotel in a nice location close to good eateries and two tube stations. Will definitely .
For our third stay at z Hotel Soho (our third visit) we were upgraded
from "Queen" room to one of the hotels' small apartments -
at no extra costs. It gave us more space and the opportunity to some "self-
catering" (breakfasts and one of our evening meals). Very impressed
by complimentary wine/cheese service in bar area from 5 to 8 pm each
evening - which we took advantage of (the wine - not the cheese) on our
way out each night. The staff were very friendly and attentive - smiling
and chatty a.
An excellent hotel for a one or two night, travelling light, stay. Rooms
small. Not a surprise, that is how they are described. Despite their
size the rooms are comfortable and well appointed for a short stay.
Every essential was there as far as we were concerned and at a good
quality. Position of hotel is couldn’t be better for the price. Theatres
on door step, Covent Garden 10 mins, London Eye 20 mins walk. Staff very
helpful and a pleasure to deal with. This hotel does everything very
well f.
We wanted somewhere close to the sights of London to stay for 2 nights.
The z Hotel Soho was a wonderfully convenient hotel, close to Trafalgar
Sq and the tourist bus route. We knew the room would be small, but the
facilities were clean and comfortable. The staff were great
..couldn't do enough for us and they were all very courteous and
polite. The free wine and cheese buffet each evening was a wonderful
surprise and a great boost to help us find the energy to get out and
walk the town some mo.
Lovely staff. The highlight was breakfast, which is served in the hotel cafe. It's really worth getting- such a beautiful spread of breakfast options. The location is ridiculously good! You can get to all theatre venues and major shopping areas within seconds. Surrounded by wonderful restaurants and cafes. Very clean, crisp appearance throughout room and hotel. Bright and cheerful atmosphere. There's a complementary wine and cheese service offered every evening.
Fully recommend this hotel if you wish to be in the centre of London, within walking distance of covent garden, Leicester square etc.... Staff were very friendly and helpful. Complementary fruit in reception plus wine and cheese early evening(very nice touch) will definitely be returning when we next visit london. Have already recommend to friends & family. Room small but very well designed with everything you need.
The Staff were extremely helpful with giving directions to attractions, printing off maps, advice, and even helped with printing boarding passes. They also looked after my luggage after I had checked out so I could make use of my time before flying. The free wine & cheese buffet. Very Central to everything. Space wise, rooms are tight, but very nicely done out, in a modern way which made it not matter so much.
Room was welcoming, comfortable and clean . Tiny - like a little nest but perfectly formed with everything you need just where you need it.
Location was perfect for Soho.
Complimentary cheese and wine in the evening gave just that special touch (I have stayed in nearby hotels costing three times a much where they charge you for a bottle of water!)
Staff are brilliant and could not be more helpful or pleasant.
Even though the rooms are compact, there is everything that you need right there. It was the best night's sleep I have had in a while. Upon our arrival we were told about the complimentary wine and cheeseboard that was in the bar downstairs which helped towards my being impressed! Overall, it was a great night's stay in a wonderful hotel and I will definately be returning on my next visit to London.
The staff were extremely helpful and welcoming, offering us a drink on arrival and allowing us to check in immediately even though we were early. The complimentary cheese and wine was fantastic - lovely touch! The hotel is very clean and every spare space is used innovatively! Location could not have been better - central to excellent restaurants and entertainment. Would definitely stay again.
Without any doubt...this has been my most memorable and friendly stay
in any hotel ive stayed in...the staff were superb and I would really
like it to be conveyed to the staff memebers...how friendly they
were...and if they continue..im sure the z hotels will flourish...WELL
Done to the management and also to the helpfulness and friendliness of
all the staff memebers.
Great design. Rooms are small but not a problem. If you are in the middle of London you shouldn't be spending time in your room except to sleep. The bed was good and the bedding was fresh and clean. Staff were very good, Friendly and helpful. Check in was the simplest I've experienced in a hotel. Had our key cards and a complimentary glass of wine within a minute.
The location is fantastic, easy access to the Tube makes getting around even to the airports such a breeze. And being right next to London's Chinatown and in the SOHO area, one will never feel frustrated if one feels like having something to drink or eat even in the late evening. Feeling bored after dinner, there are always musicals and movie theaters to visit.
Brilliant location - a short walk from Oxford Street and the local area is a fun place to go out in the evening. Excellent bathroom - room had everything I needed except a corkscrew. The inner courtyard for guests was delightful and the free wine and cheese platters for guests made it a very social place - even for solo travellers like myself.
The staff were superb. Nothing as too much trouble and they were immediately attentive whenever they saw you. Hotel was very clean with everything kept to a high standard. Free apples at reception and free wine and cheese/olives etc in the bar when we were there. The location is brilliant, close to Leicester Square, Covent Garden and Chinatown.
Excellent staff - friendly, helpful and very knowledgable. Small but very well designed rooms, spotless rooms and public areas with a chic courtyard and cool roof terrace. Perfect location, right in lively soho. Air con in rooms and double glazed windows so didn't hear the traffic at all. Free cheese and wine in the evenings a real nice touch.
Staff were very courteous and helpful. Facilities were good - room very small but it had everything we required. Loved the daily cheese and wine between 5 and 8pm. Fantastic location and the hotel itself was quirky and best use had been made of all the outdoor space with a lovely little lounge to relax in. We will definitely be back!.
The hotel was central to everything the room was very clean and modern
it had a plasma tv with all the sky channels including movies which
I've never had before when I've gone away. It had a walk in wet
room again water was hot and shower gel and large and small towels was
provided. Tea and coffee was also provided in our room.
When we arrived the receptionist Modesta was so helpful. In fact all of the staff were so friendly, and were also offering free wine and cheese in the bar area. We were given an upgrade which was a nice surprise. There was a lovely smoking area right outside our hotel room which was great. The location was absolutely superb!.
Its location is excellent. It is modern, well designed and just the job for an overnight stay over in London. The staff were really helpful and friendly.
It was good value for central London, the room was small, but it has everything you need, a lovely shower and a huge tv! The free cheese and wine is a great touch.
We had the small room with no window and this was not a problem for us, I wouldn't stay in this room for longer then 2 nights but for an overnight/weekend trip to London you couldn't beat the location! Staff were really friendly and free cheese and wine was a nice touch! Would defiantly be staying here again A+++++.
Very stylish and cleverly designed. The whole hotel feels funky as you walk around it with it's cool bar and inside / outside spaces on every level. Sat and had a drink on the roof terrace at the end of the night, no one about and a view of london! Was just very cool, and an ideal location for my night out in soho!.
Cleanliness! Immaculate! Your rooms are so clean, sparkling, lovely piece of soap and everything I need for a short stay in a shoe box - but I love it! Am staying again next week and will continue to book in future. Nice touch with cheese and wine - although I've not yet tried it myself but a really lovely touch.
The staff was really nice and very helpful with everything. They kept our bags the following day so we could shop around, which was nice.
We also loved the fact there was a happy hour when we arrived. (we had to rush off to a show, but it was so nice to grab a bite and a sip after our journey). NICE touch!.
Great location, walking distance to oxford street and only a couple of tube rides to main attractions such as Madame Tussauds, London eye, London dungeon and Buckingham Palace. Great value for money, extremely tidy and very freindly and helpful staff. Will recommend and stay again next time I'm in London.
Location perfect for my purpose, staff very friendly & efficient,
overall cleanliness, design of the room - compact but ergonomic, bed
firm but comfortable, the most comfortable hotel pillows I've
experienced, nice soap & shower gel - Thiery Mugler!, Luggage
minding service,quiet, good breakast.
The staff is very kind, the position is excellent: in the centre of soho you can go everywhere and enjoy!
Also the breakfast is very good and you have a large choice of food.
The room is definetely clean and the bed is very comfortable.
Lodging there seems to stay on a boat in the centre of London!!.
Hotel location was fantastic... Close to town / tube / theatres. Staff were really helpful and polite nothing too much trouble... Drink on arrival and complementary unlimited wine and the cheese in the evening was amazing!! Rooms clean and modern with plenty of towels! I would stop there again.
The location of this hotel could njot be better in my opinioin. Most things are within walking distance and if not the underground is. The staff is great always smiling and ready to help. The room was a bit small but was good for a two night stay and even though it was small it had all I needed.
Excellent staff, brilliant location, yes - the room was very small but we knew it and the room was still extremely comfortable and cosy, very nice idea of complementary cheese and wine for hotel guests (especially for cheese & wine lovers like we are), quality design and room equipment.
We loved this hotel completely. The staff were amazing. The wine and cheese they offered on a complementary basis was outstanding. I will stay here again and again. I've been there twice now; the first time I had a room with a window, the second time I didn't - both options were great.
The location of the hotel is excellent - that's the centre of Soho, the restaurants and bars are within 1-2 minutes of walk. Also, Oxford street and Regent street are very near - very good for shopping. The hotel itself is clean, every day wine and cheese parties for free are very nice.
The location was brilliant! Right in the middle of one of the liveliest parts of London. It's supposed to be quite compact but as I got upgraded upon arrival to a larger room this wasn't an issue. The rooms are clean, modern and comfortable and the staff quite friendly.
The room was very small but fine for a couple on a budget. The hotel itself is beautiful once you're inside, modern and with a wonderful upstairs outdoor area. Neat elevator too. Great location, very near Picadilly Square and many sights. We had a wonderful time.
We loved it!!!! Friendly helpful staff who never stopped, a lovely cheese and wine evening on the fabulous little terrace which was not expected, clean well designed rooms and an amazing location. We're only going to use this hotel in London from now on!!! :).
Very good treatment by attentive staff. Great Central location near theatres and shopping. Small but very well appointed modern styles rooms. Nice touch of complementary cheese and wine in the early evening. Well thought through design and use of property.
The location is brilliant--at the heart of London and as we had booked in to attend the Theatre Awards at the Palace Theatre opposite, it was perfect. Very comfortable beds and a very trendy hotel and loved the touch of the wine and cheese in the evening.
The no nonsense check in, the excellent staff who were extremely
friendly and helpful and the location was superb. The welcoming cheese
and wine was a lovely touch and helped you relax and enjoy the
experience of a well designed compact first rate hotel.
Good, free WiFi (at last one that worked in the rooms versus other hotels I've stayed in).
Free access to Sky Sports.
Easy location for theatre and shopping and public transport.
Friendly and efficient staff.
Though small, the rooms are neatly laid out.
The staff were extremely nice and accommodating and would recommend to anyone. The location was perfect for shopping and eating and nightlife. The rooms were compacked but they advertise like that but was extremely clean and friendly place to stay.
We arrived to a friendly welcome with a complementary glass of wine, bread and cheese. Hotel is beautifully designed, intelligently using every square centimetre of space. Ideally situated for theatres and sightseeing - perfect for a few nights stay.
Loved the location which was perfect for us. Very clean and comfortable, provided that you don't bring much luggage (which we didn't) and that you are very small and thin (which we're not unfortunately). Still liked it though and would stay again.
The staff were wonderful, friendly, helpful, informative and efficient. The room was surprisingly small but perfectly formed - having a full Sky TV menu including Sky Sports was an unexpected bonus. Brilliant location, perfect for a solo traveller.
I loved the layout of the room and how every bit of space was utilised - even though the rooms are very small they are not claustraphobic. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel is also very stylishly decorated and immaculately clean.
Rooms are truly small. Think cruse ship room and then perhaps a bit smaller, but clean and pleasant. It's just fine for solo travel or a short stay for a budget conscious couple.
Excellent location, easy walk to nearly all theatres & museums.
The hotel was immaculate, staff were very helpful and cafe serves lovely breakfast. We were upgraded for free upon arrival and apartment was brilliant. Very close to underground approx a 2minute walk! No complaints Will 100% be staying again :).
i was upgraded to the flat suite for no apparent reason! just luck i guess :)
i liked that most days there was a bowl of fresh apples for guests at reception.
i enjoyed the complimentary wine & cheese in the courtyard - very nice touch!.
the comfy bed and lovely bed linen. The variety at breakfast and the nice touch of wine and cheese at tea-time. The quality of the fitments was good. The staff were lovely and the cleanliness was immaculate. Building interesting conversion.
The staff were helpful , friendly, and always there ready to help, the Hotel itself was immaculate, and its location was ideal for Theatres, bars, clubs, resturants, Parks ect. would definatley rebook with you on our next visit to London.
The rooms could be slightly bigger and maybe a mini-fridge? But not really a big deal, we would definitely come back regardless.
Nothing to complain about - but would suggest that the apartment 5a is
further equipped - with additional water-glasses (tumblers) plus some
domestic materials (dishcloth, teacloth, wiping- cloth).
Nothing to dislike. Just a thought though. Hotel is still new and
everything works well and is clean and shiny. It needs to stay like this
to continue getting good reviews and repeat visitors. Small rooms are
less tolerable when they become tatty.
Did I mention that the room was tiny!! Don't go to this hotel if you
want a large spacious room ...but for the prices in London we felt it
was good value for money. Not a lot of room for luggage, but, travel
light and enjoy the novelty of it all :).
The room is small, however I'd read reviews of the hotel online so I didn't mind as I was expecting this. It's probably a good idea to go for the Queen sized room if you're traveling as a couple/pair.
Nothing to not like :).
No, real space for laying your suitcases out and two people getting ready at the same time could present challenges, but for me the pro's out weighed the cons. Definately be coming back.
There wasn't a door to the shower in the bathroom which meant water got everywhere in there!.
The rooms were very compact but it was only for one night.
Size of room I stayed was simply... miniature/petite/tiny/Hobbit-friendly... for someone with back and neck problems like me, the two nights there were quite a test for my pain endurance.
No complaints about ZHotels in Soho.
We were happy with the very small rooms because we expected it from the review but you should be aware that the rooms are very compact. If you want any significant amount if space, this is not the hotel for you!.
The only negative we have is perhaps they could have a bigger menu at their cafe, but really that is such a minor thing, overall an excellent budget boutique stay in London.
I knew the room was small as it stated this on the website so cant
really say I had a negative about the z hotel.
Although we got an upgrade, and the room was beautifully furnished etc, it was so small. However, I would expect this is probably the case in London, and the website doesnt mislead you into thinking its a big room. It was quite pricey also, but I was willing to pay out as we only had one night in Soho and I wanted a great location. Should this hotel put on offers I would be very interested in staying again! These are the only slight downsides about this hotel!.
Getting up in the morning after a late night out!!!!.
The room was very hot as don't think the air-con was working but I reported it so hoepfully it'll be fine for the next person. Would still stay here again.
Windows were not frosted so the buildings over the road could see into my room - i had to pull the blind which made my room dark and I would have liked daylight.
The room was small, but the bed was comfortable. The way the room was wet up, we didn't even notice the TV until the next day.
The inside rooms are very small, but this was to be expected.
Breakfast area would be more comfortable if larger - congested at peak
times, control panel for heating/ air conditioning a bit tricky to
set, needed help, got it, reading light over bed not working too well,
could do with a towel rail & a couple of hooks in the wet room.
Maybe the bedroom is a little bit small, but with an hand luggage there were no problems!.
Could of done with a couple of extra socket points in the room, we strugled with one! we where on the top floor so the wifi wasn't good and although we expect a town centre hotel to be noisy... Shutting the windows didn't do much to limit the noise! Also the Perspex Glass between the bed and bathroom was maybe a little too see through... Not for the faint hearted or shy couple!!.
None.
The rooms are VERY small. The bathroom is separated from the room by just a glass which is a bit more transparent than it could be comfortable. If you stay with a partner - you'll be able to see everything he/she is doing in the toilet...
There's some noise from the street until late at night. That's to be expected in this part of the city but it would have been nice to have some soundproofing.
We couldn't fault it.
The soundproofing in the rooms could be a little better, but it is in Soho so noise is a problem in all hotels.
The rooms a bit small for a long stay but nevertheless still loved how the rooms had been done so for a short stay it is fine.
The rooms are on the small side so be careful if you have a lot of luggage (I didn't).
No cupboards, hanging space only.
I knew when booking that the rooms would be small, and that's fine, but the room cost is too high for the size of the room. No where to work in room unless you work in bed.
Very noisy at night outside, but that is to be expected given its location in Soho. Fine, if like us, you are heavy sleepers.
Nothing!! I will be back for more!!!.
We were surprised at the smallness of the rooms and lack of hanging and shelf space. Eventually we worked out routines so we didn't collide with each other! Cost compensated Compactness!.
Carnt find a single fault .
