O que as pessoas dizem
Brackenbury apartments surprised us, we found a room there at last minute, and didn´t expect much. But when we arrived, we couldn´t believe how lucky we were. The room was perfect, small but cozy and definitely worth the small amount of money we paid. The location was pretty good. It didn´t take long to get to the center by train and somehow we always found buses that stopped near the apartment. todos opiniões »
Had a great stay with very friendly staff.
The apartment is near Hammersmith station (about a 15min walk) which was perfect as we were seeing a gig at the Apollo.
Not knowing the area, the lady we met took the time to show us to the apartment herself which was really nice.
The apartment was spacious which everything we needed, great facilities.
Studio size and bathroon size were good wrt price. Tesco is around the
corner, large westfield mall is 15 mins walk. Other markets are at 5
mins walk on both sides. 2,3 high streets are nearby. 3 metro stations
nearby. Seperate appartments within full houses inside residential area.
Many utensils available in kitchenette.
Staff was friendly. Check in took hardly several minutes. Location is
great, especially for early fly from Heathrow (bus №9 from Hammersmith
station is available every night in every 10 min). It's also
convinient for city traveling - 15 min from 4 tube lines, including
Piccadilly.
Location was very good, near the center. 5 to 8 minutes walk from the Hammersmith tube station. Also the neighbourhood is very quiet and nice. Good facilities nearby include good restaurants, a deli, gocery stores and a laundry. Also wifi connection was very good.
The location is spot on. Close to the Picadilly Line for easy transportation to Heathrow... and also close to Hammersmith tube station and central bus stations. Also close to the High Street for easy shopping experience.
being upgraded to a 2bed apartment with garden and outdoor furniture, staff were excellent and printed off tickets for us, payment included electricity, gas, heating and wifi, kitchen had washing machine and dishwasher.
I'm from Malaysia, it was our first time visiting London. The staff
are super helpful, felt safe, it was a clean apartment , great
location, near to shopping mall. Definitely will suggest this place.
Two Thumbs Up!.
The location wasn't bad at all. A short walk to the tube station. 4 lines in the same place. The apartment was fine, not small, the kitchenett was well equiped. The room was clean and the cleaning was fine.

It was clean, maintained well the decor was fresh ansd clean and nice and warm. Bed comfy. The apartment was well situated.
Exactly as I would imagine it from the decription. Toilet bathroom clean.
It was ideal as a home away fom home. Very spacious with everything you need. lovely and warm, nicely decorated and clean. Nice quiet location, will definitely book again.
Staff was really friendly, it was possible to store our luggage even before 2 PM and after 11 AM! The value you get for the amount money you spend is sufficient.
The staff was very friendly and very helpful. We were very comfortable staying there and felt really safe. They even carried our luggage up the stairs for us.
Quiet area, but still close to everything. Just a few stops away from Portabello Road market. 5 mins walk from the tube. No problem arriving late on arrivalday.
excellent location, 10 minute walk to Hammersmith tube station. Appartment was big enough and for four of us and comfortable.
Would definitely stay again.
Good location and good size of room. The room was light and airy,
clean and felt spacious. Everything was clean and the shower had good
water pressure.
Location was good. Quiet but close to Underground and (with a bit of a walk) Westfield. Reasonably-sized room; comfy bed; hot water. Unfussy check-in.
The apartments are very new, very clean, spacious, kitchenette,
good location, staff are very friendly, come in and out as if it was your own place.
Great location as we were staying overnight after a gig at Shepherds Bush Empire. The apartments had everything we needed for our visit.
Very nice room with great features. Was warm and cosy with very
serviceable utensils and appliances.
Edit & Ahmed go out of their way to make sure that you have everything that you need and more.
Taking breakfast at a table on the pavement with the feeling of being in a London village.
The location was lovely. The kitchen and bathroom looked brand new and very clean.
Apartment style, homely feel, great facilities. very clean and bright room.
Fantastic location, Hammer smith is great. Nice owners.

Good location.
The reception and hospitable attitude of the staff.
Godd location for visiting London. Good value.
Very good condition and service.
Simplistic, was alright for one night. Room was spacious enough for 2
people for the night. Lady at estate agent who took us round was lovely
and informative. Was close enough to walk to hammersmith Apollo in about
10 minutes which was perfect. Plenty of places near by to eat, close to
tube station.
Location is great, I like Hammersmith. Nice, quiet, residential area, minutes away from Lyric Square and Hammersmith Tube Station. The Dove pub, frequented in the past by Ernest Hemingway and Graham Greene, is 15 minutes away.
The apartment was like in the pictures and main things worked well. Good position, even though a little bit far from Hammersmith tube stop (especially when you have luggage).
The service when we couldn't find our keys at night the man who came to our assistance was very friendly, keys found later.
The clean furniture and facilities, the staff was pretty kind and polite.
Hammersmith is a good location for a base to stay for a week or more.
Comfortable apartment
Friendly staff
Flat 9 had very comfortable bed.
The room was clean enough, also
the faclity was well equiped.
Like the location and the apartment was small and cosy.
Location
Constant supply of fresh linen & towels.
The apartment was clean and relatively spacious.
Great location. Very close to Hammersmith Apollo.
Good location and quiet. Lots of hot water.
Good location and value.
price
staff.
There was some noise from the rest of the building, mostly people walking around etc - but it wasn't overly distracting or annoying.
Matress and pillows were unconfortable, probably too old and shall be
replaced. Beaware, if u reach on sunday, there is no.one to recieve you
and there is no cell number provided. Adress given is for estate agent
who deals with these appts, they must give cell.numbers on website in
case of late/sunday arrivals.
Awfully noisy. I heared every rustle not to mention every movement of my
neighbors. Difficult to sleep. But I was in London not for sleeping and
that's why I enjoyed my stay.
Our flat was a bit small, and not too confortable, but we weren't in London to spend time in the flat anyway so it was hardly a problem.
Would have been a splendid stay but for the heating that wasnt working in the room i stayed. I called to request for maintenance to check it, but nothing was done on the heating till i left :(.
nothing.
No lift and quite far from tube station. But still its within
walking distance.
The WiFi did not work properly unfortunately and when it worked it was too slow.
small details of finishing eg corners of some tiles in bathroom broken and marks on carpet.
uncomfortable sofa bed - sloping and impossible to put back to being a sofa.
I struggled with my cases during the walk between where I collected the keys and was led by the agent to the property. He assisted me with the luggage up the stairs but not during the walk to the property. He walked fast and I had difficulty keeping up and felt insulted in his lack of help!.
Could have done with a few more cooking utencils!.
Minor improvements such as a clothes hook. A nonstick would be nice to cook and 2 additional soft drink glasses would be nice.
No lift and cost of parking per day during the week.
No ironing board, no hand towels, no spare pillows and wifi did not
work; not sure if this could have been fixed as we did not spend long
enough in the room for the lack of wifi to be a problem.
Entrance to flat up several dark (the lights didn't work at night) stairs was a bit unprepossessing. You couldn't stand up to have a shower as the ceiling was too low. Cooking was a bit basic. My boyfriend kept hitting his head on the ceiling.
Lack of bottle/tin opener. Trying to find where your flat is if you
don't carry the a4 purchase receipt around as suggested. It could so
easily be solved by either emailing the customer the address on arrival
date or if the company had their own website; just something like that
would really make it a simple task. Even letsbookhotel.com had no information
about the street name/number of the propertys owned!.
Absolutely nothing.
The only mirror was a tiny one in the bathroom, as we were a group of 4 girls a full length mirror in the bedroom would have been nice. There wasn't a hand towel or a bath mat so we had to use one of the towels as the floor wasn't safe, so then we didn't have enough towels.
shower was too low, I'm small and my head was nearly at the roof light but this was minor the room was wonderful.
Very compact!.
very cold.
I wouldn't class this as deluxe apartment at all especially as we
had too floor room with slanted ceilings which made getting into bed a
bit dangerous! Also there was no way to have a shower due to the
ceiling in the bathroom.... Unless you are a small child. When we came
to bathe the next morning (in the bath not the shower) we had to boil
the kettle for it as the hot water was barely warm. Not enough crockery
for 2 people.
WiFi must be better.
Hot water impossible to have in the morning (maybe not enough for all apartments).
Little things nothing major Wifi was slow and sometimes lacking also everything in one room no dining area.
They wrote that we can check out from 7 to 11 in the morning, but we were waiting for them from 7:30 to 8:30 and no one was there and we couldn't check out in the time that we wanted.
The apartment was just a room with a sink and a minute bathroom. It had the most paper thin walls of any place I have ever stayed. It actually sounded as if the neghbours were in the room with you. It didn't have basic kitchen utensils and facilities expected in an apartment. The apartment was a good 20 minute walk from the nearest tube station.
Apartment closer to Goldhawk Road than Hammersmith, not great part of town in the evening.
It was a bit far from both tube station.
Maybe that's the reason of cost.
Fare enough.
Our apartment was the first apartment and was located by the front door, we could hear everyone come in and out all night and there was a lot of noise above us and outside our window with people outside.
No hot water always luke warm no matter what time of day
Other tennants noisy. Don't stay ground floor.
Room was cold draft through window's.
The internet was barely usable at all on the first noght and non-existent on the second in spite of asking during the day that they fix it. The room was at the top of the building so the roof was sloping making the "shower" (more a batch with a handheld shower extension) very awkward to stand in to have a shower...
Not really an apartment. Room with double bed & ensuite.
Room really small. Stains in shower stall. Stairway rather shabby.
Was blocked bath/basin waste pipe in the bathroom, but next day
staff fix it. Apartment was not very clean: greasy kitchen floor, on
most furniture dust. Mattress was uncomfortable. Hangers made from
wire, I think from laundry. Bad smell in the room.If you arrive on
Sunday you can have big problems in check - you will not get a key. Need
contact with staff in advance. They not working in Sunday! :).
noise (internal engine or similar)
far from london center
toilet small.
very tine rooms, not comfortable for 4 as advertised, do not even had bedsheets for 4 people.
Shower room was blocked and dirty on my arrival,
Radiator was licking and because of that under the bed was wet.
On ground floor, very warm and felt a bit insecure opening the windows.
Hot water for bath was only luke warm.
