Staff were friendly, and helpful, I was told about the free facilities and other offers at check in. Our room had a lovely view, no sign of construction or noise as mentioned by others. The room was modern, and spacous - and everything works. I'd give 5*

you get what you pay for. I decided to treat myself to a corner suite. The view was incredible, direct to the stadium (which is where I was headed to see Roger Waters), the room was well arranged, the room was very quiet, as was the whole hotel, I loved the executive floor, nibbles and breakfast. The price was very good value for money - although a little out of central London it really wasn't a problem as the tube station is just round the corner and goes straight in on the Piccadilly line. Price was excellent (for London!) and the free parking and location of the Tube Station were bonuses. Nice area, convenient for Wembley, with a couple of nice restaurants just round the corner.
