De tudo. Foi óptimo. - Decoração moderna, quarto bem equipado, café da manhã de boa qualidade (embora não excepcional). Nós tivemos alguns problemas na primeira noite, mas os funcionários se mostraram atenciosos, a gerente se envolveu, desculpou-se, e as coisas foram resolvidas. Nós certamente voltaríamos para este hotel.

We stayed on three occasions for a total of eleven nights during June
& July 2013.
The hotel is situated in a "business area" with the popular Borough Market nearby. It is within walking distance of the underground and many of London's tourist attractions. We always felt safe walking in the area.

Great location on the Thames, views of St Paul's , the Gherkin and
The Shard. Staff exceptionally friendly and happy. The comfiest bed ive
ever slept in, much better than the 5 star knightsbridge hotel we stayed
in earlier in year! Great breakfast in the Anchor pub next door.
Breakfast room upstairs with river & terrace views . Lots to do in
area, took the river boat down to the Eye (you can also walk this in 15-
20mins) then 10 mins on foot to Horseguards parade and onto Trafalgar
Square.

Reception staff were really lovely, helpful and smiley all the time and

Footbridge...great to stroll across the Thames every morning and an
equally great walk from Tate to London Eye/Big Ben or in the other

The rooms were lovely and clean and have everything we needed and we all got a great nights sleep. The staff were really helpful and it was great to be able to leave our luggage at the hotel before check-in time and after. Breakfast was really good too and set us up for our days sight seeing. All in all a lovely, clean, bright and friendly hotel, where the staff were always genuinely happy to help. was also useful to have a Tesco Express right next door.

We had a family room for 4 and were kind of packed into the room but it worked fine - after all, we were out seeing London except when we were sleeping! Our favorite thing was the breakfasts served in the dining room each morning and the fact that they were free for our two teenagers (free for 16 and under). A forma simpatica de atender, as frutas no quarto, a localização do hotel, perto da margem sul do Tamisa, pela qual passeei e curti o Tate Modern , a London Eye, o Rose Theatre, etc,etc - Very friendly and helpful receptionist and restaurant staff (breakfast) - the reception staff were excellent, couldn't have been more helpful.

have to say I liked it very much! I arrived there at 9 am and was given
a room although the check-in time starts from 14:00! The room was
soooooo lovely, so comfortable, clean, modern. Yes, quite small, but
more than enough for one person, I loved everything about my room! The
towels and linen were changed every day. Very comfortable bed! 1,5
months have passed but I'm still dreaming about the bed :) Very
clean and nice bath
