the hotel was very comfortable and was handy for what we were there for . We were going to the theatre and a meal the hotel was vey handy for this. It was really clean and the room was very spacious, I would stay there again no problem. - very efficient booking in procedure and friendly staff. nice clean room and good breakfast in the morning

Great location, suited us as we were on a business trip and being so near the train station meant we could get to all our meetings. We were a bit worried when we booked it for two reasons. we found the hotel staff really friendly and catered to all our needs. The staff at Artto were very helpful and friendly. The location of this hotel is excellent. It is across the street from the central train station and not far from the Queens Street station. I would recommend it to others. The beds were comfortable and the hotel was very quiet. The rates were very fair for the area. -

Very big rooms!!!! So you have a lot of space for your luggage etc. You can really feel and see that this is a brand new hotel. We were very happy with our stay and would definitely return! PS, they don't have a car park, but it is not a problem as they have a lot of vey cheap parking facilities just around the corner.

Friendliness of staff, ease of check-in. I stayed in the hotel previously and had suggested that they supply small bottles of shampoo, cream, etc .. These were provided this time around and very much appreciated because due to limitation of liquids allowed in hand luggage on air flights the alternative would be to go out and purchase larger bottles

When we arrived they had no details of our booking, however they behaved in a very professional way and quickly resolved the issue. The sofa bed was then made up within 1/2 hour of our arrival. All staff were friendly and very helpful. - Rooms very clean and had all the facilities you would expect. Loved that breakfast was served from 6am until 11
