I didn't have my phone charger and was out of battery so he lent me his, plus I had to check out before breakfast so he brought it to me the night before! I was well impressed with his attitude and friendliness. Other than that the place was very clean and excellent value. Also there was loads of stuff nearby and it's right next to Paddington station.

  It was my first visit to the uk and locating it was difficult because it was night already and it was cold. As I came in tired, the reception was awesome.
