Very clean, very smart and I would thoroughly recommend. I travelled with my two boys (11 and 12) for the Open at Muirfield and was great for access to Edinburgh Waverley whilst being right next to Calton Hill and 15 mins from Arthur's Seat (bottom not top) for the great views of Edinburgh. -

The hotel is near all the main shopping and attractions. The honesty bar is great and reflects well on the hotel. Breakfast was right out of the top drawer. 1st class break.

The rooms are amazing with some great touches and are great to relax in if travelling on business or leisure.

I loved everything. With 9 people ranging from 11 to 78 yo, we booked two family rooms and one premium twin. Rooms were clean, furniture new -ish, bright, comfortable. reception open 24/7 gave me complete flexibility in my arrival/departure times. Lucien on reception was very helpful and friendly. the room and its en suite shower and toilet were spotless. the bed was comfortable the room was a nice warm temperature. - friendly staffs,warmly bedroom and my friends and i all love this city~people are all very nice

Wow- fantastic hotel. We got it for a really good price through
letsbookhotel.com and our stay was perfect. The staff were brilliant and so
attentive allowing us to check in early and assigning us to a fab room.
The room was spacious bright and colourful with lots of lovely added
extras including free movies,mini bar drinks, robes and slippers. We
also had a massage each in the spa centre which was fantastic. The
location is more than you could ask for- everything on the doorstep!!
