Da localização, pelo fato de estar servido por um fitness center, apesar de não ser gratuito (mas o custo é bem razoável), do excelente café da manhã - the staff were friendly. we got upgraded for free when we arrived which was a nice surprise. the room was clean and the king size bed was amazing. the breakfast was also very nice. good location. -

It is literally a stone's throw from Harrod's department store; however it is located on a quiet little street so you are able to get the best of both worlds. Localização - The Hotel is in a very central location, close to the station, whish was very important for us as we did not hire a car. - I was in a brand new room, so it was very clean and in good condition. Location to underground station (Gloucester Road) is excellent.

The concierge was attentive to our needs, from bringing coffee, arranging airport transfers, to booking last minute tickets. Breakfast in the luxurious dining room was excellent. A wonderful hotel!

The Seraphine on Kensington High Street is friendly, clean and comfortable. I booked a single room which was certainly compact but well equipped and good. The bed was very comfortable and it wasn't stuffy or hot. The shower room was attractive and had good quality fittings. Breakfast was excellent with a very pleasant atmosphere in the dining room
