  Reception staff were really lovely, helpful and smiley all the time and all of them! Loved the location so near the Millennium Footbridge...great to stroll across the Thames every morning and an equally great walk from Tate to London Eye/Big Ben or in the other direction to Tower Bridge. Only had to wait for a table once (out of three - The rooms were lovely and clean and have everything we needed and we all got a great nights sleep. The staff were really helpful and it was great to be able to leave our luggage at the hotel before check-in time and after. Breakfast was really good too and set us up for our days sight seeing. All in all a lovely, clean, bright and friendly hotel, where the staff were always genuinely happy to help. was also useful to have a Tesco Express right next door.

  We were travelling with 2 kids over a weekend. The location is very near to Fleet Street-Blackfrairs station, it was quiet and a secure surroundings. The room was of excellant size and more of a small apartment with 2 bedrooms. Decor was modern and stylish ,the bathrooms were supplied with bathgel, soap and towels. The facilites excellent. Heatin... o que as pessoas dizem » g was excellent. No hotel staff-Self service room - It was a lovely apartment in a good location. It was clean and nicely furnished. It was also a good size for a family of four to stay in comfortably. The reservations manager couldn't have been more helpful both before and during our stay. I would book the apartment again if the opportunity came up.
