  Friendly and helpful staff checked us in early to accommodate for our jet lagged one year old. Before they could let us into our room, they kept our bags for us, so we could get acquainted with our surroundings. Easy walking to Big Ben, Houses of Parliament, Westminster Abbey, 10 Downing Street, London Eye. There was a Starbucks across the square which was great for morning coffees and a good Italian restaurant as well. The waterloo underground and train station were close by for all other transport. The rooms were very clean, and the staff very helpful with directions and booking a taxi for our trip to the airport. We had 2 triple rooms on the 10th floor with our daughters

  We had a lovely room overlooking Big Ben and Parliament. The view was so wonderful, the nights were spectacular watching the boats and the river lights. The weather was warm and balmy and the walks along the river embankment were spectacular. The hotel is in a perfect location, the staff superb and the service top notch.   Fantastic location. Doesn't need to be self catering though, so much to do close by I only spent 4 hours in hotel. Day staff were very accommodating. At the end of the day, it's a student building for most of the term, It was quiet, clean with a great view over london ( the back view is the scene from the end of sky fall where James Bond is... o que as pessoas dizem » on the roof) I would happily stay here again. I would rate this a good place to stay if on a budget and you are more interested in London than - Huge room in an amazing location - not even a block from Trafalgur square! Everything close by and easily accessible. Laundry facility was available too and the beds were very comfortable. Probably the best value you could get in such an amazing location - we liked to get the metro out somewhere then walk back (for example we got the metro to Kings Cross station then walked back and did sight-seeing on the way).

The hotel was situated in a great location, so easy to get toand lots of places to go and see within a few minutes walk! - The room was great! Very quiet. Comfortable bed.   We stayed here whilst my husband ran the London marathon and the location was perfect! (A minute walk from mile 25!). We only booked a basic small double, but it was large enough, very clean, the bed was amazing, the bar very stylish and although we were at the back of the hotel....which may be for the more basic rooms (and our view was of other b... o que as pessoas dizem » uildings), it was absolutely peaceful at night! We slept with our window open and we couldn't believe we were in central London! We have already booke - Club Quarters is a brilliant choice to make if you are in the city for a short time and want to take in as much as you can. The location is superb. Free WiFi ( worked beautifully ) made our lives easier....charting routes, train timings, directions etc etc. The staff were very helpful and courteous. Simply loved the chilled water outlet and the Guest Services cupboard available for guests . a very thoughtful gesture by the hotel and much apprecia

With the tube being within walking distance, & a bus stop just below the apartment, it was a really convenient location.
