  After reading some reviews I was a little worried about staying here but please don't let the bad reviews put you off. My stay was wonderful. Easy to find, the receptionist who greeted us was polite, and helped us pay for our parking.   Excellent location if attending the secc which we were. 7 minutes walking distance. Plenty of surrounding places to eat out. Breakfast was good. Friendly staff. We were on the top floor with three flight of stairs and no lift. But we were given an option of a lower floor room. Free parking. Excellent service.Good for an overnight stay. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Room was cleaned each day with new towels. Would reccomend this hotel. We book into this hotel when we stay here. We have actully booked for the easter weekend. And will keep booking here as its a great hotel to stay in for the prices to its great.

  Nice breakfast, good service and a pretty Victorian townhouse. Very near underground station Kelvinbridge on a quiet street. Situated near Kelvingrove Art Gallery, which is easily reached on foot through Kelvingrove park, a lovely 10 minute stroll. Supermarket is also nearby. The bed was comfortable but I helped myself to a second duvet a) because I'm old and chilly. b)because it was very cold weather c) because I didn't know how to turn on the radiator!
