The location was fantastic. Easy walking to Big Ben, Houses of Parliament, Westminster Abbey, 10 Downing Street, London Eye. There was a Starbucks across the square which was great for morning coffees and a good Italian restaurant as well. The waterloo underground and train station were close by for all other transport. The rooms were very clean, and the staff very helpful with directions and booking a taxi for our trip to the airport. We had 2 triple rooms on the 10th floor with our daughters

Great location close to everything the city has to offer yet nestled in a nice village setting. Friendly staff who welcome feedback. Very comfortable hotel, good kitchen, comfortable beds, cabs at your front door and staff who still carry bags to your room and hail you a cab. Will definitely stay again and recommend to others. We liked the location - very close to main tourist attractions, shopping
areas, Hyde Park, underground stations. At the same time, it is a very
quiet, historic place and sure you will feel very pleased to be in such

The location was very quiet at night for sleeping yet very central. Close to Green Park tube yet could walk via Berkely square to Oxford Street and Regent Street.
