  The location of this B&B is exclusive as it is a few steps away from Holland Park tube station while there's a nice footpath right next to the hotel that takes you straight to Holland Park.   Very clean and seemed to be newly redone so all in good condition. We were in a one bedroom apartment which had a large living room and sufficiently equipped kitchen. There is no luxury, but you get value for your money. Staying there with childre the age 9 and 12 worked just fine, but we were a lot out of the house. Finding a place to eat nearby is no problem, and if you are not willing to walk the 15 minutes to Shepards Bush metro station, you can take the bus.

  Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and definitely staying again during our next visit. The staff is super friendly and we were dealt by Craig in the evenings and Andie during the mornings at breakfast. Both of them made us feel totally at home and were extremely polite and accommodating. When I called them to say I couldn't arrive on time and asked for a late check-in I had been told "no problem". Also I liked the location of this - breakfast was simple but enough. They provided a cooked English breakfast (without sausage!) but toasts, some fruits, yogurt and cereal were self-service so it was quite nice. The room was small but tidy and comfortable. And the shared bathroom was clean and not crowded. I didn't wait to take a shower.
