  On check in, they mentioned the hostel was fully booked that night, so I was a bit nervous it would impact on comfort and sleep quality. Was happily proved wrong, yes, it was busy, but I didn't have to queue for toilets/showers at any time, and breakfast was fine, with plenty of free space at the tables. Loved the curtains - gave a great deal - I only stayed here for one night, but was really impressed by the value for money and what the lodge provided! I only paid 14 pounds to stay in a mixed 18 bed dorm, which I was very unfortunate in that there were not a lot of guests occupying the room and were all very quiet. The room was very large and the decor of the whole lodge was so cute! Very british and quaint. My accomm included a free breakie which was perfect for me with cereals, croissant, juices, toast and coffee/tea available! I w

  I chose to stay in an apartment instead of using a hotel because of being able to cook for myself. The apartment was compact and well equipped. The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. There was a compact kitchenette/cupboard system with sink, fridge, toaster, microwave and a portable ceramic hob ring so I was able to make a simple bre... o que as pessoas dizem » akfast. I would however find it a bit more challenging to cook anything too grand. Overall I was very happy with to apartment and would spouse them ag - Firstly, the accomodation was right off two main tube stops which was extremely handy in terms of getting there. Upon arrival, the staff were extra friendly and helpful as we arrived a couple of hours before check in (they held our luggage). The apartment was spacious, ultra clean and fit for purpose. When checking out the staff kindly agreed tp extend our checkout time (10am) by 2 hours which was a godsend.
