The location was excellent. Very local to the things we wanted to do ie: Albert Hall, VandA etc and the hotel rooms were very quiet. The hotel staff could not have been more helpful, polite and friendly whilst remaining proffessional. Clean, tidy, comfortable, and very close to sights in London. Hotel Lily was easily accessible. Staff were friendly and helpful. Nice breakfast room with plenty of staff to serve breakfast. Location is excellent. 2 minutes from West Brompton tube station, 5 minutes from Earl's Court tube station (Exhibition Centre is opposit side of the hotel) and 15 minutes from Fulham Broadway tube station (Chelsea FC 2 further minutes) by walk. Staff is very friendly. Full english breakfast is fine. Recommended and thank you!

The hotel located in old, but renvated Victorian house, offers quite tiny, but very comfortable rooms.
Very comfortable beds, clean room, basic bathroom, flat tv, hairdryer, kettle with coffee and tea set, small safe. WiFi easily accessible. All arranged by very friendly staff. Rooms refreshed every day ( we stayed 3 nights ).

Try fruits for dessert , esecially smak apples really dese - I was there for the London Book Fair in 2013. It was a very nice place to stay at with a good breakfast in the morning. Very close to the event center which made it easy. Additionally they set me up with a very nice taxi back to the airport that was very reasonable compared to the prices around town. Very nice guys running the place, they really go out of their way to make your stay a nice one.

Assistance given by staff at the reception desk. - Room was clean, warm and comfortable with everything we required. The full english breakfast was lovely and well worth the money. Most of the staff were very polite and friendly. Would definately stop there again.
