We arrived with our son who is wheelchair bound , and the owner couldn't have been more helpful. She even sent his breakfast up to him on a tray!!! FANTASTIC....The building couldnt have been more central!! All in all, a fantastic budget place to stay in Edinburgh. The owner should be very proud , they do a fantastic job, we loved our stay here.

Morag (the owner) was VERY nice and courteous. She greeted us warmly and seemed genuinely interested in what we were doing each day and how we were enjoying Scotland. Also, her breakfast was great and always waiting. Meats, cheeses, huge croissants, choice of cereals and juices.

It's a lovely place with amazingly friendly staff! For the price you pbly won't find a more original B&B. It is nicely situated, though closer to New Town so that you have to walk a bit to get to Old Town. The breakfast is nice if you take the cooked breakfast. We'll stay there again if we go back to Edinburgh.

I stayed for one night at the Edinburgh Townhouse, and the single room with ensuite was very comfortable. The Townhouse is about a 20 minute walk from Edinburgh, Waverley Rail Station, and situated on castle Street, just off Princes Street. I enjoyed a tasty, continental Breakfast in the morning.

We came with no greater expectations because of the cheap price, but we were pleasantly surpriced! Our room was big and comfy, the atmosphere of the hotel was good, and there were a great shared living room and kitchen. Clean room and friendly staff. Feeling like I was living with a family! honestly I didn't expect the room is big enough for ten people to live in, since we only had three people. Marvellous! Perfect location, close to centre of town. Received a very warm welcome, lovely people running the bed and breakfast in a relaxed, efficient way, they couldn`t have been more helpful. My room was clean, comfortable and had all I needed, the house itself is a beautiful old Edinburgh town house. Fantastic breakfast and I look forward to staying again for my next great night out in the big Toun!

even though Valentine's didn't have one, I was told when I

(unfortunately the company couldn't deliver it for my visit). Also,

This guesthouse offers very nice service and the owner is really very friendly. The location is very well closed to the main street, where the bus station can take you to anywhere. In addition, we do appreciate the breakfast, which is really nice. If chanced, I will be here twice and more definitely!
