The traditional Lakeland stone townhouse features free Wi-Fi and allows pets on request. All bedrooms at Rooms36 feature a stylish en suite bathroom, a TV and tea/coffee-making facilities. The rooms have a fresh white décor and some have views of the surrounding fells. Full English breakfasts are locally sourced and served daily, while the bed and breakfast can also cater for special diets with some prior notice. The property is within 2 minutes’ walk of some of Keswick’s finest places to eat, while the surrounding countryside is dotted with traditional inns. Parking is possible outside the property and is free overnight. Guests will be within a 10-minute drive of picturesque Borrowdale and 20 minutes’ drive from the trails leading up to Skafell Pike, England’s tallest mountain.

Lovely breakfasts with fresh fruits, home made yoghurt, home baked bread and other high quality produce. Scandinavian simple style decor, thoughtful touches to make guests welcome. Close proximity to city centre as well as lake derwent and local park. Everything!. The room was great-light & airy. Breakfasts - fantastic-everything to be had. Owners - wonderful - friendly and couldnt have been more accommodating. Recommend highly. A big thank you to Charlotte & Andy.
todos opiniões » Great location in Keswick, easy walk into town. Our room was clean and spacious with a large bathroom. Andy was a great host! I would definitely recommend a stay here! (It didn't hurt that we had sunny weather for our trip!!). Breakfast was superb. Loads of fresh fruit. Freshly baked bread and organic cooked breakfast. Location was brilliant for town and lakeside. Staff extremely helpful and friendly. very comfortable and modern rooms with excellent bathrooms. close to town centre and lake - gave the car a rest! fantastic cooked-to-order breakfasts. very friendly. The breakfasts at roons36 were exceptional and Charlotte and Andy were attentive without being intrusive and they were professional charming and genuinely warm. We loved our stay: brand-new, clean, sunny and friendly, fabulous breakfast with Andy's home-made warm bread. It is quiet but right in town. Fantastic, high quality breakfast with wide choice of home cooked food, including the yoghurt, bread and baked beans! Very friendly. Excellent accommodation and fantastic breakfast, owner friendly and very obliging. Great stay. Spacious, comfortable room. Superb breakfast including fresh fruit and home-made bread. Location and breakfast was very good. The attic room was a bit stuffy and claustrophobic in the hot summer, the lower floor rooms allowed more breeze and felt more spacious. But the best has been made of all available rooms and I congratulate the hosts on their efforts. Nothing!. Nothing we didn't like. A bit picky, but would be nice to have a small fridge for milk. Took us a while to work out the coffee/tea machine in the room (the bar code reader was in need of a wipe) so a 5am tea became difficult... could be just that we don't have such a machine! But the owners were really great and showed us what to do and once sorted it was not a problem. We just wish we could spend longer time in Keswick... Parking out front was all taken, but we were provided with a space to the rear, so didn't have to use the public car park nearby. Coffee machine in room. I'd have been happpier with a kettle but maybe that's just me. I thought it was quite pricey. Noise from electricity sub station. Room cleanliness could be better. Noise from traffic.
