  Absolutly everything! The feature room was stunning, the bar food was delicious as was the breakfast the next morning. The staff were wonderful. The receptionist was so kind and helpful, the waiter was lovely, and the kitchen staff were so accomodating and made me alternative meals when they were low on ingridients, resourceful and delicious! The food was wonderful , the service excellent, all presided over by James Hill - whose vision was not one of short term profit but long term success. The general good nature of all the staff seemed to mirror his vision.

  The Hotel is clean and very ideally located next to the airport which is why I stopped here, for the price it was a really good find. Would recommend this hotel to anyone catching a train or flight out of Birmingham international as although it is next door to the train station, airport, NEC and a busy road you couldn't hear much noise when the wi... o que as pessoas dizem » ndow was opened unlike at the hotels in the airport while watching the wildlife outside eat and play during the day and night. - The staff were amazing - friendly and accommodating. The hotel was lovely and our twin room was gigantic!! There were more of our party staying at the Hilton, but the Ramada's location was so much better!! Easy to get to/from the train station, nec centre etc. I was so happy with it, it exceeded my expectations by miles! And such great value for money too. Please thank all the staff, best customer service I've had in ages! :-)

  The hotel was very clean. We had a beautiful room. The staff were very helpful and polite. I would highly recommend this hotel. Breakfast was lovely. We have sent an email to the hotel telling them how nice it was. - The rooms were lovely and the facilities excellent, especially knowing we were paying a bargain price!

  I only stayed one night, as we were flying from Birmingham International, the receptionist was very helpful and booked us a taxi for the morning. The hotel was very nice and clean. - Friendly staff, good information available, very high standard of accommodation.

  my friend and i stayed overnight before leaving on a holiday. The staff were very welcoming and friendly. We were going to go into the airport for an evening meal but having looked at the menu we decided to stay in. Both of us enjoyed the food which was of a very good quality. As it was an airport hotel I thought the room rate was - Good location, ideal base for our visit to the lg Arena to see Meatloaf. After the conceret, we were looking for somewhere to eat and were pleasantly surprised at what was available at the hotel at such a late time, 11:20pm. We were even more surprised at the quality of the food that was provided, really tasty and extremely well presented.....and also great value. The lager also....£3.10 A pint.....30p cheaper than my local! Getting to the lg Arena was alos a doddle tahnks to the monorail just

  Fantastic facilities for the price, gym and swimming pool, provide you with a towel and the staff are very helpful and friendly. Room was nice and clean. It's a good proximity to the lg arena. Took us 10 minutes to walk there and they've signposted it. Really enjoyed our stay and next time we visit the lg for a concert well be returning. Hotel highly - As we arrived the staff were very helpful and pleasant. The room was very clean and comfortable.As we were staying for one night to see a concert at the lg Arena we did not use any of the facilities but again the staff were extremely helpful when we needed to book a taxi to the arena. Also the bar area was very good although it was busy the staff again made it easy to get served as they were very organised and fast. The food we ordered came quickly and was very good with good sized portions.

  I've stayed in Etap / Ibis hotels before, and this one is by far the best yet. Their reception staff are friendly, professional and efficient. The hotel is immaculate - my room was faultless, comfortable, and had the cleanest ensuite facilities I have ever experienced. Bed comfort was very good, and external noise levels non-existent. Great eating facilities on the door step, and cheap park - The room was clean and tidy with everything we needed. Staff were very friendly and helpful with directions and information about restaurants. Location was excellent for the nec and the airport is only about 100m away. Also ideal for shopping in Birmingham which is only 10mins away by train. Although there's no bar there is a bar next door in the ibis hotel. And to top it off the price was excellent

  Excellent comfortable and quiet room (don't worry about being near the flight path to the airport - aircraft noise is not a problem) with free wifi and, being a farm, the very friendly owners are more like hosts than staff. Also, excellent breakfasts and the nearness to the airport. And all this at a very reasonable price.   Everything! We had a fabulous welcome. We arrived early, and even though they were busy with breakfasts for other guests, we were given a pot of tea to welcome us and were allowed to check in straight away. The accommodation was perfect: clean, cosy and self-contained, with a lovely garden and a quiet, picturesque location. Even after we checked ou - The owners are really kind and helpful. They even offer to pick you and even take you to the airport, train station and even the NEC. Enjoyed our stay there had a delicious breakfast and were even offered a packed lunch to take with us for our return flight. It's a homely environment with clean rooms. Suggest the place to whoever wish to stay in a quiet yet homely envirinment :)
