O que as pessoas dizem
First of all, the location was extraordinary. The sea (Firth of Forth) is just behind the hotel and you wake up, seeing big steamships and small fisher boats on the water.
The staff was very friendly and helpful. Especially at the restaurant. The rooms are tidy, have a huge TV, a sweet bathroom with bathtub and shower. Fun fact: the hotel warrants a "good night's sleep". All rooms are noise-reduced designed.
Although the hotel is not in the city centre, you don't need to walk at all. Just in . todos opiniões »
This was our first stay at a Premier Inn. The hotel is clean, the rooms
were spacious. The staff was very helpful. The views of the water were
beautiful and our family enjoyed walking along the quay. The breakfast
served at the restaurant next door was perfectly fine. We ate at the
nearby Prezzo for dinner. Although we had a car, we caught the bus at
the conveniently located stop directly across from the hotel. Definitely
the right decision given the traffic and apparent lack of parking. This

Great location directly at the waterfront. Restaurant offers very good breakfast and meals. Especially to be recommended for families. Beside the normal special tariff (children under 16 eat have free breakfast) there is a really huge indoor playground for kids, connected to the restaurant. We also appreciate that there are family rooms for up to 4 people.
i have stayed here before, so already knew what to suspect. But very good value for money considering premier inns can often be a bit pricey.
clean and well decorated rooms; huge TV on wall, comfy bed and extra pillows, shower and bath. good location if you are visiting Leith, a bus ride into center of Edinburgh, also staff were very friendly.
The room and bathroom were spacious and well equipped. The breakfast was plentiful and tasty.
There was a bus service at the front door which took us to the centre of town in twenty minutes. And it is only a few minutes by bus to the Royal Yacht Britannia, which is well worth a visit.
Car parking spaces on the grounds were plentiful.
The location by the waterfront is excellent and with a bus stop right
outside it's the best way to spend the day in Edinburgh without
having to pay extortionate parking charges in the city. There are 3
restaurants by the hotel with the Leith mall and Royal Yacht Britannia
just up the road.
The location was great! It was such a mix of old and new Edinburgh. Close to the bus to take you to the city centre and Edinburgh Castle and close to the Ship Terminal for shopping and the Royal Britannia Yacht! The size of the room was a pleasant surprise!.
Location is close to the Brittania and also the port where we took a cruise ship for a week while Premier Inn allowed us to leave our car in their car park.It was there when we got back untouched by human hands (just seagulls).
The hotel is in an excellent location. There is plenty of parking and the bus stop is right across the street. The check-in can be automatic but mine did not work. The breakfast is excellent and the staff are courteous.
Brilliant location, with a view of the Forth bridges - and Britannia after a little walk.
Comfortable room, very helpful staff, sound continental breakfast.
Convenient for Loch Fyne restaurant & its very good fish.
We loved the position of the Premier Inn and our room had wonderful sea and harbor view. Easy access to public transport with excellent restaurants, shops and facilities within walking distance. Easy and free parking.
The journey was easy with the help of sat nav.. staff were very friendly. Room was adequate - everything you need. The restaurant was excellent. Good choices in the evening and breakfast was very good.
The hotel is in a new development and was as good as usual with Premier Inns, the restaurant is only a few yards away so thats a big bonus not having to drive to go and eat.
Its location is just perfect, really quiet and fantastic views, yet handy for the bus route that runs every 10 mins that takes you straight into the city within 20mins.
Easy to get to main shopping areas at Ocean Terminal by foot approx 15 minutes walk and by bus just outside to Princes Street and all tourist attractions.
Everything with the hotel was great. Clean room, small, but we were not in it much. The breakfast was big and good at the next door restaurant.
Although the hotel was not in the center of the city, it had a bus stop right outside the door and was a 10 minute walk from the HMS Britannia.
room size, cleanliness, free parking, picturesque, friendly staff. overall exellent value for money and will return as soon as we can.
brilliant location, good value for money, nice staff and the bar and restaurant was excellent, will definetly stay there again.
Good location: quiet waterfront but convenient for city centre.
Clean and comfortable accommodation.
Excellent value for money.
briliant location, good value for money, nice staff and the bar and resturant was exelent, will definatly stay there again.
It was within easy reach by bus to Edinburgh and the Ocean terminal shopping and Royal Yatch and had a few good restaurants.
Quiet location with good bus service to city centre
Good sized rooms with comfortable beds.
Good breakfasts.
Great location, very comfortable, staff made us feel welcome, breakfast great. Very good value for money.
Lovely views over the harbour, big television in room, nice bar and restaurant attached and free parking.
Everything was outstanding apart from breakfast all other meals were hot and served quickly. Excellent.
Very clean, very quiet. staff offered their services without being pushy. Breakfast was good value.
Very Comfortabele, lovely view over river, warm. Staff helpful. Great public transport to Edinburgh.
Everything, fabulous location excellent staff. Good value. Our new base for visiting Edinburgh.
Sea view from our window. Book 215!! Lovely walk at the rear of the hotel. Room clean and airy.
The breakfasts were great. The room was very clean and warm. The usual Premier Inn high standard.
Good report money/ quality, very clean, spacious room, good facilities (big LCD screen, big tub).
Fine hotel for a stay in Edinburg. Everything is more or less okay. No complaints whatsoever.
Bus service very good right to door also restaurant good value and staff at desk very helpful.
The staff were great. Check in was great. Restaurant next door was great for breakfast.
Great location by the harbour, nice room, easy parking, excellent breakfast, nice people.
The hotel is in travelling distance to city centre.
Great choice at the Breakfast time.
soft play was so good for our grandchildren, also no shops near made it more relaxed.
Reception staff very helpful.
Close to Britannia attraction.
Food was very good.
free car park, waterside location, bus connection to city centre, handicap room.
Everything, as usual, I regularely stay at Premier Inns and they are all ideal.
Great staff. & great welcome. My special requests were all there on arrival.
Accommodation good, staff helpful. location excellent. Just what we expected.
the room was clean and the beds good - we liked the dog made out if towels:-).
Pleasant room and all facilities needed .
Good bedding, all very comfortable!.
Close to leith waterfront and quays, and nearby bus stop for Edinburgh.
we were lucky and had asea view that was great.very helpful staff.
Near bus stop to get into town.
near harbourside.
quite at night.
Great layout for families. Very clean with comfortable beds.
very impressive breakfast.
Room very clean
Automatic check in.
Our rooms were quite a way from the front reception - the only way to
exit the hotel unless there is an emergency.
I hate those stupid safety windows.. room was quite warm due to cleaners cranking up heating and sun in mornings, but could only open them an inch!!.
Nothing at all.
Nothing, it was great.
The room had no air conditioning and the fan was rather small but extremely loud, squeaking. The ceiling was rather thin and we had to listen to the movements going on in the room above ours.
Absence of real soap, nothing else.
n/a.
Nothing.
Watch out for the POLICE, they stand on the road near to the Premier with Radar speed guns.
Nothing, I think it is a fantastic hotel and have stayed many times.
Creaky doors in the hallway of the hotel. We had dinner at the next door restaurant and it was awful. You have to order everything at the bar and bring your own drinks, and the food and service were both very poor. Go down the way to the seafood restaurant, Loch Fyne. Pricey but excellent!! Great service.
Could provide 24 hour access to wifi at little or no cost to your company.
hard to think of anything we did,nt like.
Could have been a bit more pubs and restaurants to choose from.
Quite far from centre of town to drive and you have to walk quite far to get to main part of sea front.
Breakfast was only warm I appreciate this can be difficult as people are coming and going I was asked if I would like it warming but I refused. The staff was excellant this was the only negative to an otherwise exceptional Hotel.
Tap on wash basin operated opposite to indicated, hot indicated to left but was cold.
Not a problem to us, but could be to someone older or younger.
No choice for evening meal. Restaurant attached to hotel very nosy, chaotic on nights we were there in late October.
Self service check in very slow. No staff on arrival - having to wait for staff to come out from office behind. Unfriendly reception area - cold/seating area poor/no internet access ie computer.
No fridge in the room.
nothing really...
Too much variation in price from day to day.
The room was very hot, and we couldn't get it cool. The staff tried everything but the room at one point was sitting at 27 degrees with the heat off and the window open as far as possible, no cooling system.
Nothing.
Surprised the hotel lobby as it felt tight/cramped.
It was very hot and air conditioning would have been a great help.
Bathroom fan was noisy and went on for a long time after the light was switched off.
bed mattresses too soft, need replacement, in handicap bathroom roll-in shower with shower seat would be preferable to bathtub.
Nothing.
Brewers Fayre - normally good, but this one suits pub/ family rather than quiet eating pleasure.
The restaurant in conection to the hotel wasn't the best.
Could do with better lights for reading in bed please.
Paid for wifi in the room but it only worked in the foyer. Got reimbursed with no problem though.
somebody was sick through the night on the corridor carpet on our floor (2nd) and could have been cleaned and freshend a lot quicker, not nice going for breakfast and smelling vomit.
Notice outside could be misleading : carpark, wifi free, when you have to
pay for wifi.
understaffed tea/evening time behind the bar.
could have more info about the surrounding area, and travel into Edinburgh eg: taxi/bus fares, whats going on.
advert on some forum sites saying that a night in the hotel being avertised at £72 when i had to pay £94 x 2 = £188.for the same room advertised.
Restaurant didn't impress, even for breakfast.
It is totally too overprized.
