O que as pessoas dizem
The room was comfortable and clean. The location is excellent and a 10-minute walk to the city centre. I find the price reasonable and if you want to walk around Edingburgh and come back to the residence to have a rest, it's the perfect place to be! Special thanks to friendly receptionists))).
-Room very clean and well-furnished Kitchen
-5-10 minutes by bus to city old town and market near the accomodation

Free and fast wired internet (bring your own LAN cable). Was told that wireless was also available, but couldn't get that to work.
Basic but good facilities and having access to a full kitchen was useful.
The accomodation is very confortable. Specially for a University accomodation we can have our private badroom. Is very central located, near to all the main places in Edinburgh.
Very nice and reasonable price. Good location. WiFi. Food shop is at the opposite side. Expected university type accommodation.
Quiet part of town, staff super friendly, rooms spacious and clean, close to town for walking or getting taxi.
Great location and friendly staff.
Good size rooms, full kitchen and even wifi for very few pennies!.

Free Wi-fi.
The accommodation, the location and the friendly staff made the stay very enjoyable.
it's secure and safe. I like the laundrette facility and the local shops nearby.
It was a nice place to live and within walking distance from Edinburgh old city.

Clean and spacious , everything we needed in the kitchen, and living area.
Good quality for price, just 10 minutes walking from train station.

The reception staff were friendly, informative and very helpful.

good value for Money
more than my expectations.
Cheep, desk space, nice clean sheet.
great location, excellent staff,.
Size of the room and decor.
convenience
great value.
Apparently, the price is the cheapest one I can find. The bed is large enough to lie two people.
Location is very good, 10-15 min walk to center, near to Tesco express,.
Good value. Well designed studio. Not too far from City Centre.
Good location.
Unfortunately I was disappointed for the money that there were no earring or drinking facilities. My biggest problem was the fact that I could not get in the shower. I took one of the staff up to show him and he agreed that no one would be able to use this facility. It was impossible to get I and shut the door. In this respect I would have expected a discount but no, they said I could use a spate room for a shower but I did not have the cloths for wandering around to another room. Also I was on.
Room was very very hot (although not unexpected given the weather), with no air conditioning.
Make sure the key they give you works whilst the reception is open (had to have mine changed twice and might have ended up locked out if I hadn't checked).
The carpet could be better cleaned.
A bit boring to deal with the internet connection. Is for free and ok, but it takes times sometimes to go through many pages and finally get it connected.
The room can get really warm if its summer outside. The windows cant be opened for more than about 20 cm or even less I guess.
Bed was a little uncomfortable as mattresses poor quality, though not unexpected for student accommodation.
Could not get a cooling breeze going in the heatwave: quite airless.
No warning about the fire alarm practice.
the TV controller wasn't working properly.
Nothing negative!.
Reception was not open 24 hours.
Nothing in particular.
No air conditioning inrooms.
No radio or television.
The mattress is really bad.
Nothing.
Lacking in charm.
The fridge should be thrown out - kept us awake all night with its noise
and had to switch it off with the loss of our milk and other perishable
foodstuff for breakfast.
Noisy from drunks roaming the streets in early hours of the morning.
Broken toilet seat, no mirror near a socket.
There was no wifi on the days I stayed there and the reception was not covered 24 hours a day.
no hairdryer!!!!!.
Strange smell in bathroom; shower is claustrophobic felt quite uncomfortable in it.
The terrible poor quality student mattress.
The bed stated for 2 people - I was a tiny 3/4 double.
Needless to say we didn't sleep. Why save £30.00 on a decent bed/mattress when you go to all the effort with the rest if the room. A comfortable bed is essential to quality.
didn't realise that would have to provide own soap, shampoo, etc.
The window is very small, so the air is not so fresh in room. In addition, the wifi signal is almost invisible in my bedroom.
very bad bed, mattress is bad, you are feeling all metallic springs, to sleep almost impossibly.
Unreliable key card swipe system could leave you locked out. Lack of 24 cover at venue. Not enough cooking utensils. Lack of matress protector on bed.
Ridiculously complicated system to use wi-fi, involving passwords and handing over personal information. Staff extremely helpful but would put me off staying again-especially for work. Rooms more basic than website shows. Supplies very basic and no soap in bathroom. Bed very creaky. Price was too expensive to excuse shortcomings.
You have to pay cash, if you want to pay by credit card you have to pay a 2% increase on the prize agreed. There is no staff from 10 p.m. till 10 a.m. and it's about 15 minutes walking from the city centre.
Fridge are moldy and dirty, no soap in the toilet, no shampoo..the bed is very poor and also the duvet is bad. Very hot no fan or airconditioning. Very very far from the airport.
