First class boutique hotel with welcoming and hospitable hosts Nick and Doug. Exceptionally clean and decorated to a very high standard. Comfortable beds with top quality sheets and pillows. the amenities that anyone could wish for whilst on holiday or on
business. It is located downstairs but was very private. Breakfast
supplies were lovely - fruit, cereals, juice, etc. It is well located

Hey, the key pick-up was Cheltenham! I used to live there and had forgotten how nice it was. Old school mammers and full of charm. Apartment was just as described by Suzanne and fully equiped. The only problem was getting the grill to work - never had one before that only works when the door is closed! - Great location and so much more pleasant

Cant put into word how welcoming Guy was, what a genuine lovely man. The shared bathroom wasn't an issue for us because we were all family anyway in each room. Guy even packed us all a piece of cake and some sweets for the trip home.... just lovely!!!
