The staff went out of their way to help us - the gentleman on Reception was extremely friendly and did everything he could to ensure our stay (with a 2yr old) was a comfortable one. I stay in many hotels and, surprisingly, don't often come across friendly staff. It was a pleasant surprise to meet one in a Premier Inn, of all places. -
