First time we have gone for an apartment - having always stayed in a hotel.
We have booked again for next year... what an amazing location, a really cosy, warm and friendly feeling to the apartment. A superb view over Bath - beautifully appointed apartment - it really is well worth a stay here.

We had a brilliant 2 day stay here. The room was fitted out really well and to a high standard, e.g. a memory foam mattress and a really solid, classy bathroom with a super shower that pleased the American boyfriend who's always amazed at our piddly English offerings...in this case he got 2 shower heads at full force! definitely stay here again and again. Oh I forgot to mention the Spa
session in a 5 star hotel I got as a gift for staying 2 nights. I also
got 25% discount on my spa treatment just because Catherine is a member.

A very nice accommodation, very well situated - central but quiet. The Hypnos beds that are advertised on the home page are probably older ones (as they are not so comfortable as our Hypnos bed at home :-)).
Breakfast was delicious!
In total a little bit to expensive for what you get.

The hotel is situated right in the middle of one of the most iconic Georgian buildings in the UK. The decor of the hotel is certainly in keeping with the grandeur of its location and the spa and restaurant were faultless.
The service provided by the staff was impeccable - which is a first in my experience! All the staff were warm and welcoming, nothing was too much trouble. I can't recommend this hotel highly enough.
