The hotel is situated right in the middle of one of the most iconic Georgian buildings in the UK. The decor of the hotel is certainly in keeping with the grandeur of its location and the spa and restaurant were faultless.
The service provided by the staff was impeccable - which is a first in my experience! All the staff were warm and welcoming, nothing was too much trouble. I can't recommend this hotel highly enough.

The whole atmosphere and surroundings were great. Really enjoyed it. It was easy to get to with good links to the City, we actually walked in to Bath but it was a nice day and not in a rush.
