The apartment was warm and clean and the kitchen had everything. We loved having a garage and the car fitted perfectly which we were worried about after one review. The bus into town was outside the hospital very close by. In all we would definitely stay there again. We loved it.

Comfortable & spacious rooms. The apartment was immaculate, well furnished with amenities for self catering.
Everything you could wish for to feel at home. Microwave, fridge and dish washer fine.
Quiet location, and a convenient, short walk across the road to the hospital to catch a bus into the centre of Bath. Secure garage parking. Well equipped kitchen. I imagine in Summer the outside patio area is pleasant.
Free park, location is good. Rooms are clean.

but a bit of a trek to the city where parking is very difficult. No mobile signal in apartment and no wi fi which was difficult as I was working rather than holiday. Heating not on when arrived and had to be boosted to come on - no heating worked in kitchen.
Garage too small for car and door could not shut. No shops nearby and difficult to know where supermarkets were.
The oven got hot but didn't seem to bake - only wanted to do par baked rolls and after half an hour they were very hard on the upside but not cooked inside. Also if you have even a medium sized car it is a very tight squeeze to get into the garage - and you have t park in the garage!.
Basement flat, airless, and inevitably noise from upstairs. Also rather cheerless and cold until I got in touch with the owner who texted a message how to put on the heating. A radio would be a nice addition.
The owner did not answer phone so we have to call letsbookhotel.com to get contact with her to get into the apartment, spider was found in room, no Internet, TV is broken...
